Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Jewellery Quarter

So far so good

Stayed hear a few times in the past, when I’m in Birmingham, the reception staff are always helpful, breakfast is good, if you arrive at breakfast 25/30 minutes before the end some hot food is a little over cooked and some selections have run out

The room is spacious especially if you have luggage to open. Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Location wise, walkable to Birmingham New Street train station given you don’t have big heavy luggage. Although I can hear the people outside but it’s not really bad. You can ask for some essentials if you forgot yours, available at the reception. The staff were nice and accommodating.

Good value hotel with all the bare essentials. Clean room, comfortable bed, and spacious shower. Good place to unwind after a busy day.

Poor quality AC, lift does not work Properly. No fridges in the room. Staff are friendly!  One of the worst hamptons ive stayed at so far

It was a very nice accommodation with warm and welcoming staff. Breakfast was amazing. Very close to Afro lounge and we had so much fun. I will stay there again

Clean and comfortable, mattress is firm and supportive. Location is quiet, and next to overground. Breakfast is average, but they have make your own waffle, which is unique and delicious. Parking is available on street. Nice Malaysian restaurant located at 10 min walk away. Will recommend and choose again in future. Keep up!

Friendly receptionist, toilet in room was dirty upon arrival which put me off from showering. Poor lighting in room, quite noisy in the hallway from 8am

The hotel was horrible staff rude bedsheets was stained & hall smelt of **** staff would not change our room when we found bedbugs issues

Had a beautiful stay! Friendly helpful staff and really great for the price. Will definitely stay here again

Total disappointment concerning the name and what we have seen inside. First of all hotel doesn’t have parking and they advice safe one 10 min walk away , but safety made us worry half night leaving expensive shopping inside. Elevator of hotel was shaking and seemed to be dropping soon. Everything is just broken from bathroom to bed which is by the way is kind of box with mattress. The variety of teas is the cheapest. The only thing left from Hampton Hilton is green color left on bed headrest (not even on the carpets as supposed to be ) and waffles for breakfast. Same disappointing breakfast as around all UK but thanks for waffles to forget the whole sadness of the stay.

Although we reserved the room as 2 adults and 1 child, they separated it as 2 adults. When we said, they said they would fix it. When we entered the room, there was an armchair with a base for our child. However, it was neither prepared as a bed, nor a sheet, a pillow, etc. We had to make the bed ourselves and use the towels as sheets.

Lovely hotel breakfast was good and well organised and plenty of food
