Hotel berhampiran Presbytère Protestant, Bischwiller

Super hôtel dont nous avons un contrat permanent avec notre société, toujours bien accueilli et avec le sourire Petit déjeuner correct et avec du choix Wifi ok Parking un chouille petit pour des PL mais on trouve à se garer au alentours malgré tout . Littéraire correct et jet de douche puissant agréable

Overall: 6/10 Staff: 9/10 Price: 8/10 Location (to sights): 8/10 Transit: 8/10 Room: 6/10 Common Areas: 6/10 Restaurant/ Bar: 9/10 Vibe (community): n/a Really enjoyed my stay at other hostels from this company and this one should have been just as good but there’s some things i just can’t put aside… First off, the hostel is dirty. Not talking dirt in the bunks (thankfully) but for as new as it seems, the shared spaces are rough. Bathrooms look rough, half the soap and dryers don’t work (not a good thing for hygiene obviously), the showers were always covered in water and hot water, up for debate. Next, the place is loud. Not hostel, a few people are chatting loud and certainly not 8pm, like the room was basically in the bar and the bar was busy (see next item) till after 1. Sure, we could have closed the window to help a bit but with no other airflow in the room, it’s a choice between super loud and hot/stuffy. Loud won. Last off, during my stay, they were hosting an event which meant a ton of people hanging around. Now the event was for a great purpose and that’s awesome and everyone was friendly too but it still meant the bar was basically taken over by locals who knew each other and filled up the community spaces, instead of a traveler or even a general bar vibe. Not a thrilling thing to find out after checking in. All that said, staff was great, super friendly when I checked in and around the place. The bar / restaurant is well done with a nice range of options and decent prices though I didn’t find the breakfast worth the buffet cost. Like the other locations, rooms are nicely done, bunks have good curtains, power, lights, all the makings of a 10/10, but not.

Hébergement très sympa, situé dans un petit village au calme et à une quinzaine de minutes de Strasbourg. La propriétaire est très accueillante et vous donne tous les bons plans pour passer le meilleur séjour. Chambre spacieuse, propre, avec une grande salle de bain. Petit déjeuner complet. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

We stayed at the ”coeur de village alsace” for two nights, in a charming place and in a quiet and pleasant environment, about half an hour from Strasbourg and about 40 minutes from the Magino line. Sylvie's house is charming and beautifully decorated in a very warm, inviting and modern design. The house contains a small number of guest rooms, a living room seating area with TV, a balcony and a dining room. The rooms / suite with air conditioning, comfortable beds and a spacious and modern bathroom. Sylvie's service and hospitality is warm and pleasant and she does everything to make the guests' stay pleasant, attentive and gives an answer and assistance to any request. Highly highly recommend. Reason for poor service. Room service ordered through portal, confirmation received through portal and email waited for over half an hour after requested time messaged restaurant twice no response. Then messaged front desk inly then to receive a call to say no room service that night an to come down to the bar if I want to. We had travelled for many hours and just wanted to relax in our room. So we did not bother with any refreshments. I think you may need to look this, it’s not good to let guests order and get confirmation for a service you are not providing that day. Maybe look at your processes.

We stay at Ibis hotels when travelling with the dogs because we know that they're always welcome. The open areas have been renovated and create a welcoming atmosphere. We decided to have an aperitif at the bar and Perrine, the young lady on duty, could not have been more friendly, with plenty of ideas on what do do in the area. The breakfast was excellent. It's a short drive to the pleasant centre of Haguenau.
