VERY GOOD SERVICES

Hotel bertubuh kecil yang sangat baik. Pemandangan hebat teluk Bitez terutamanya dari restoran. Perkhidmatan yang sangat prihatin. Sarapan Turki yang sangat lazat dengan telur. Perkhidmatan dari Ahmet dan Baris semasa sarapan pagi sangat baik. Juga pengurus/pemilik Sangat membantu pada setiap masa. Semoga perkhidmatan di hotel lain boleh menjadi sebaik. Hotel ini mudah untuk pantai Bitez hanya 5 minit menuruni bukit. Banyak restoran kafe dan lain-lain di bawah sana termasuk tempat di mana anda boleh menggunakan katil matahari untuk duduk di pantai. Anda boleh mendapatkan bas Dolmus ke Bodrum hampir di luar hotel (setiap 20 minit). WiFi baik. Kolam renang bagus tetapi terlalu sejuk untuk kami pada masa tahun ini. 2 kritikan kecil - langsir tidak cukup besar dan hanya 2 saluran TV dalam bahasa Inggeris. Masih tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal.

Quiet, tranquil hotel very close to the beach and restaurants but away from the hustle and noise. Fantastic service, nothing is too much trouble. Turkish breakfast was delicious especially the manamen. Superb restaurant for an evening meal. The sea view from our balcony was stunning I could have sat their all day.

Hotel very good. Great view from our room. Staff were very good and nothing to much trouble. Bed super comfortable. Could have done with a bit more care from the cleaners as found to many hairs on the floor in bathroom and furniture on the balcony.

Really lovely hotel in a quiet location overlooking the bay of Bitez. It’s located on a hill with the beach in one direction and bus to Bodrum & Gumbet at the top in the other direction so if you struggle with walking bear that in mind. Room was really nice. Pool small but very clean. Nice bar/restaurant and Turkish breakfast tasty and very generous. Grounds well maintained. Staff helpful and friendly. Only ting negative was that it was irritating that we had a TV in the room but no English speaking channels. Also, there were some things left unfinished in the room (for example loose wiring & dodgy toilet seat) and we are personally not fans of the jazz music that was constantly played in the bar but otherwise room was great and would definitely recommend hotel.

We spent the second part of our honeymoon here it was faultless! The staff were kind and helpful. A special thank you to Serkan who made our entire experience what it was by being so hospitable. We stayed in Room 222 which was spacious and cleaned daily. The room also had a beautiful view and a jacuzzi which was great to use during sunset. The bathroom could have been a little bigger but ultimately was clean and functional. The hotel restaurant (Milo by Roas) also had amazing views and was simply superb! The food was always cooked to perfection and the breakfast in particular was some of the best we’ve had in Turkey. We found ourselves coming back to the restaurant on numerous occasions. All of the food was very reasonably priced too. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sun beds available. Location of the hotel was quiet and convenient with the central areas only a 5 minute taxi ride away. Bitez beach is just a short walk away. Reception staff would call a taxi from a reliable company for us which was great. Prior to booking the customer service via WhatsApp was also fantastic. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing hotel stay with my family in a sea view family room! The place was spotlessly clean, and the room was spacious enough for all of us. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Only Turkish breakfast served, but the staff tried to offer other options. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
