Brilliant 3rd stay at The Sheraton, enjoyed it so much booked it for September while we were there. Super friendly hardworking staff who go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly for you. The owner Liz is always on hand when needed, working alongside the rest of the staff especially when the hotel is very busy. We had room 300 club class executive, spotlessly clean, lovely comfy bed, very spacious indeed with walk in shower, and, a TV in bathroom. The meals again were very tasty indeed, plentiful with a good choice along with polite and efficient waiting staff. The lounges, bar and evening entertainment meant we did not need to go out at night which really suits us, yet again a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed another perfect stay at The Hotel Sheraton. The staff, food, entertainment and cleanliness continue to be top class. We all very much enjoyed another fabulous stay at our favourite hotel. We are all very much looking forward to another return visit. Thank you.

The Sheraton Hotel is beautiful with lovely staff who make you very welcome . Bedrooms are gorgeous and tastefully decorated. The food is excellent . There is a fabulous pool. They have children's entertainment and bingo plus a fantastic cabaret.each night . Other activities are available throughout the year including day trips and dance classes and craft classes . I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

We had a great time away with a small group of service users with additional needs. All aspects of our stay was very well catered for from the adapted room's to the restaurant and excellent choice of food. The staff were friendly and welcoming with one member of staff Dan going above and beyond to assist.

Having stayed at The Sheraton many times over the last few years I booked for the Bank Holiday weekend to celebrate my husbands 79th Birthday. Everything was superb but I cant believe that there isn't a policy in place that children should not be running around the dance floor at 10.45pm with balloons! I appreciate that it is a family hotel but I felt so sorry for the artists who were being harried by them. There is also a health and safety issue with one Mother joining her very young children on the dance floor with a full glass of wine in her hand! I had already made a booking for the same weekend next year for a group of 20 people to celebrate his 80th Birthday but I am having doubts about the choice of hotel. I did have a word with the receptionist on duty and although she agreed that there should be a cut off time for chidren on the dance floor she said that it was the responsibilty of the parents to keep them in control. Obviously the ones that were here this weekend didn't care that the enjoyment of the other guests was marred by their laid back approach to parenting.

Hotel Sheraton is outstanding on every level. The beating heart ❤ are the amazing staff and wonderful clientele. Walking into the restaurant and lounge areas everybody is so friendly and welcoming. I felt quite emotional at times chatting to the many wonderful guests who love staying at this hotel. It is such an inclusive hotel and it is clear guests needs are catered for extremely well. Our newly refurbished room, a Junior Suite was fabulous. So tastefully designed and decorated with several Wow! features. The spacious, modern bathroom was incredible! We absolutely loved our 2 night stay and the Caribbean evening was a total surprise and delight. If you are looking for a brilliant hotel, this is the place to stay. A huge thank you to the owner Liz Brown and all her fantastic team. We can't wait to return.

Went with a party of 6 adults from 10 May to 13 May 2024. We had booked an executive suite but given a free Upgrade to a Kings suite room 253 . The room was very large and clean. The bathroom was really big and modern with shower and bath in it. There were 4 beds in the room a king size and two single beds. The only problem was the room and the bathroom were vey hot got supplied with a fan helped a bit in the bedroom but not in bathroom. The whole hotel was very hot apart from the dinning room. As we had hot weather outside it was hard to cool down. Everything else was great in the hotel the staff food decor and entertainment. A lot of guests were commenting on the heat in the hotel and which is a pity as everything else was great. I would like to return but only if they put some air conditioning in it and that’s why I have deducted a star.

Liz and her staff make the whole experience relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the wet room bathroom in our club classic room was exceptional. The restaurant offering has really gone up a notch. The food was delicious, great choices for breakfast and dinner served efficiantly and with a smile. Great air con to keep you cool as you eat. Fantastic decor in the restaurant as the rest of the hotel, areas well maintained and very clean. The Evening entertainment was wonderful, we had great enjoyment and a good laugh. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. It's refreshing to see a Hotel owner of such a large hotel actively working visibly alongside her colleagues supporting their work. It clearly works and is appreciated.

Overall a good stay lovely hotel nice swimming pool and communal areas. Lovely lady on the reception that checked us in explained everything to us when we arrived. Felt a little let down by the room even thought we paid a little more for a premium double room 308, still felt very small and was a noisy room as right above the entertainment room also very hot had to have the fan on all night , walls very thin can hear everything! Can hear what other guests are doing also a very strange noise coming from outside in the middle of the night that woke me up resulting in having to shut the window. Evening meal very nice felt uncomfortable with our seating arrangements as felt like we were just plonked in the middle of the room on the dance floor with all the waiters and guests walking around us while we were eating. Took a while for someone to take our order they eventually did when prompted by the front of house lady we asked for some drinks and was told it was another waiter that did this which was another wait . We ordered dessert one came out wrong and we didn’t have dessert spoons which resulted in another wait. Breakfast was nice overall good but again table not set properly so had to ask for tea spoons. Bingo fun in the evening.
