Nightmare We chose to stay here as we were celebrating our baby’s first birthday in Blackpool. We were booked for 1 night (25th Jan). We get there after 5PM and to our surprise we had no message from the host about check in so we just rang the bell. Nobody has opened the door for us, nobody was there. We stood waiting with our child in the cold for about half an hour, ringing the door bell, knocking, ringing the numbers that were available. No response, no answer, nothing. The light was on in foyer so we just kept trying. About half an hour into us waiting, the host decided to call us and to our shock, we were told ‘the reason no one opened is because we’re not there’ the host was explaining that they had an electrical issue and there is no electricity (the light was on in the foyer inside the building). The person on the phone sounded drunk, she said she had a room for us next to the hotel- the place was run down and was awful. We were told she’s giving us the refund straight away and she’s sorry for not telling us about this. To this day we’ve had no response, no refund and we had to drive around Blackpool to find a hotel with a one year old at night. Absolutely disgraceful and I would urge everyone to stay away. Contacted the owner and Booking - still waiting for my refund, terrible...

Disgrace booked room 36 pound on booking tried charging me 55 asking for extra told her straight no. Said she do me refund didn’t come through had to go through bank, stressful AVOID Indians will tell you just took over. Created a lot of unnecessary problems

Should have gone there end of November booking was confirmed but new owners would not honour it and were incredibly rude to my sister and as unhelpful as it is possible to be. No reflection on previous owners _ just avoid at all cost!! Had to make alternative arrangements which really upset my 86 year old mother who was really looking forward to our break.

We were very happy. The location was convenient, the room very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having tea and coffee facilities and basic breakfast. I picked this place based on reviews and it didn't disappoint. I would certainly recommend. It's obviously not the Hilton but certainly value for money and we always felt safe, secure and cared for.

Nice little hotel off the sea front. Good location to walk to the front. Colin was very welcoming when we arrived. Good selection of breakfast to help yourself to in the morning. Room was big enough for the 3 of us. Was quite at night Would stay here again

me and the fam went to stay at the wins post , the hotel service ate and left no crumbs, the one star is the toilet being clogged from the previous stay, there was no toilet paps and I went for number 2(tmi ik!) 😨 cheers dans! defs not having a log next time 😭 the photo I added is our Dave xx
