Hotel Blagnac dengan Bar

We stayed at this establishment from December 30th, 2022 to January 2nd, 2023. The Hotel itself is quiet and with satisfactory rooms and service, and it is directly connected to the airport terminal which is comfortable. But the restaurant is to be avoided, and the complaint handling was not satisfactory, as follows: Made a reservation of a quiet table at New Year's Eve dinner in Hotel’s Restaurant which the staff politely confirmed to us. But at the dinner, were put through with a table in the middle row just besides the noisy bar area. Many times I politely asked the waitress for a quieter table as we were promised (all other tables were empty at that time), but she kept saying no for made up reasons. When we left the hotel during checkout, we also mentioned the above to the staff and we were told there was no manager at the time. We just used room service after canceling the restaurant and, got offered a small discount, and settled on a slightly better one but still low. After that, two months passed without any further contact from the manager or any hotel staff. In my opinion, unbelievable for an airport hotel and an international hotel chain.

The hotel location is in the middle of nowhere. Ok, the weather was good for walking from the airport to the hotel (about 1.4 km). I expecting there is an airport view, but they provided me a room from another side of the hotel. I chose this hotel, because of the Steak House that they advertised on their web page. However, the Steak House was closed on the day I arrived there. The hotel room was spacious, but not very well equipped. The mini-bar included only one bottle of water. The bathroom amenities were minimal. The hotel did not appreciate my Spire Elite status at all. When I asked about it, they provided me the Welcome Amenity Voucher with a Gold Elite benefit instead of Spire Elite. I asked why. The answer was ”Yes we know you are a Spire member, but we are not allowed...”! When I asked for taxi, they suggested I will share a taxi with another customer since it is very difficult to get a taxi there. The breakfast was fine, but the hot breakfast was finished 15 minutes before closing. Fortunately, they made me couple of fried eggs upon request.

We had booked a night at the airport hotel due to an early flight departure the next morning. After a mix up with restaurant opening hours with the Pullman's sister hotel the Radisson Blu, we were offered to transfer our one night stay to the Pullman at no extra charge. It was a wonderful experience. Special mention to Monsieur Drouard, Directeur F&B. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a beautiful suite where a very nice bottle of red wine was waiting for us along with a personalised welcome letter from Monsieur Drouard. Such customer service and genuine care for guests can be rare in this world but you will find it at the Pullman and I am sure the Radisson as well. Bravo. We hope to see you again soon. Friendly front desk my desk staff. Good breakfast. Nice and clean room. Good location, only few minutes to reach airport, also only few minutes drive to the area which have a big shopping centre, have food and supermarket. Parking need to be charged, but if you are a platinum member, it is free

Room was shabby, paint chipped, needs attention to detail. The pillows were small and lumpy. We has noisy guests upstairs, no sound insulation at all. The sink had no plug. Luckily we were only staying for one night. Very disappointed with the lack of comfort in the room.

We used this Ibis stopover twice on French roadtrips. Expect the usual Ibis standard: Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet room, good breakfast, gated secure parking and add excellent reception desk staff (Marie and Ewan) who went above and beyond to advise, accommodate and even despatch a Kindle we'd left behind. You are both amazing brand ambassadors!

Nice hotel, friendly. Stayed here before. They had vegetarian options in the restaurant the last time I stayed in May this year, that’s why I chose to stay again. Now only offered set meal, fish starter, meat main. No alternatives, so no food for me until breakfast. Vegetarian friendly? Definitely not. Amazed that an international hotel chain has such a poor showing for food. A menu card in the bedroom offering several meals and starters, added insult to injury. I binned it to save disappointment for the next guest.
