We used this Ibis stopover twice on French roadtrips. Expect the usual Ibis standard: Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet room, good breakfast, gated secure parking and add excellent reception desk staff (Marie and Ewan) who went above and beyond to advise, accommodate and even despatch a Kindle we'd left behind. You are both amazing brand ambassadors!

What's not to like? Friendly reception, huge room, comfy bed, 7 minutes walk to the terminal. Seriously, I wished my flight had been later that day. The only issue I had was slow WiFi, so slow that I used my sim most of the time. Please take care of that so it will be truly perfect. All for a great nightly rate. A real find and highly recommended.

The hotel location is in the middle of nowhere. Ok, the weather was good for walking from the airport to the hotel (about 1.4 km). I expecting there is an airport view, but they provided me a room from another side of the hotel. I chose this hotel, because of the Steak House that they advertised on their web page. However, the Steak House was closed on the day I arrived there. The hotel room was spacious, but not very well equipped. The mini-bar included only one bottle of water. The bathroom amenities were minimal. The hotel did not appreciate my Spire Elite status at all. When I asked about it, they provided me the Welcome Amenity Voucher with a Gold Elite benefit instead of Spire Elite. I asked why. The answer was ”Yes we know you are a Spire member, but we are not allowed...”! When I asked for taxi, they suggested I will share a taxi with another customer since it is very difficult to get a taxi there. The breakfast was fine, but the hot breakfast was finished 15 minutes before closing. Fortunately, they made me couple of fried eggs upon request.

Room was shabby, paint chipped, needs attention to detail. The pillows were small and lumpy. We has noisy guests upstairs, no sound insulation at all. The sink had no plug. Luckily we were only staying for one night. Very disappointed with the lack of comfort in the room.

A relaltively new all-suite hotel located 10 minute drive from the Toulouse Blagnac airport and 3 tram stops (Andromède-Lycée station) from the Toulouse MEETT Convention Center. For Convetion attending purpose, this location is ideal but there is really not much around the immediate neighborhood other than few eateries around and one supermarket next door. If you walk about 20-25 minute away towards the airport, then you will find many hotels and a big shopping mall with more dining choices. As this location is very far from downtown, hence if your intention is to explore Toulouse, then this hotel will not be the best choice for you. Only ideal for convention goers. Facility wise, this hotel is relatively new and all apartments are nicely decorated with modern furniture so very comfortable. Front desk staff is friendly, professional and try to help as much as possible. Daily breakfast is provided in the restaurant/dining area where it also serves as the venue for evening cocktail hours and many social events. The lobby lounge area is cool for meeting and hangout, also provides free coffee/tea, etc. Overall I had a very pleasant stay here and really couldn't facult anything other than the remote location. Marriott knows well this property will mostly attract convention goers and that is exactly what it has achieved - the hotel was packed with fellow convention attendees and as soon as the convention was over, this property was emptied out. Enjoyed the hotel stay but do not believe I will come back again.

We had booked a night at the airport hotel due to an early flight departure the next morning. After a mix up with restaurant opening hours with the Pullman's sister hotel the Radisson Blu, we were offered to transfer our one night stay to the Pullman at no extra charge. It was a wonderful experience. Special mention to Monsieur Drouard, Directeur F&B. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a beautiful suite where a very nice bottle of red wine was waiting for us along with a personalised welcome letter from Monsieur Drouard. Such customer service and genuine care for guests can be rare in this world but you will find it at the Pullman and I am sure the Radisson as well. Bravo. We hope to see you again soon. Lovely modern well equipped hotel just 10 minutes walk from the airport. Room spacious , bathroom super, bed comfortable. All good so why not 5 stars from me?. We went for food in the restaurant. The waiter working that night obviously did t want to be there and made us feel as though we were intruding. Did not offer us the drinks menu, when he brought us the dinner menu it was chucked down. The menu itself was minimal, only one vegetarian option although another dish was identified as vegetarian but Interestingly had bacon in it. We decided to go somewhere else to eat so I don’t know about the quality of the food. All in all though a good hotel that ( whilst not dining) would definitely stay again

Friendly front desk my desk staff. Good breakfast. Nice and clean room. Good location, only few minutes to reach airport, also only few minutes drive to the area which have a big shopping centre, have food and supermarket. Parking need to be charged, but if you are a platinum member, it is free
