I stayed here for about 4 weeks for work in the area and my stay was very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the common areas were clean and inviting, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with toiletries and coffee. The bed was excellent as well as the selection of pillows....soft and firm. As an IHG reward member, I was given a dining coupon for a free breakfast selection at the Perkins in their lobby. The coupon was for a basic breakfast, but could be used towards something on their regular menu. The Perkins was always good and fast with friendly service. There's also another attached restaurant called Bistro Eleven 21. They were open for dinner every night and they had a good selection of beer and cocktails. I tried a handful of items from the menu and the food was always very good and they had great service. My only issue was with my room keys. My room was close to the rear elevator, so I parked by the rear entrance....I had to walk around to the front lobby about 8 or 10 times during my stay because the key would be inactive. This is a good size hotel, so it would involve a bit of walking to get my key reactivated and then go to my room. This is a minor issue to be sure, but it was more regular than I anticipated. On the plus side, I was given a cold bottle of water each time for my troubles. Still a great hotel despite the minor key issue.
