Ulasan L'Agora Hotel

No voy a hacer leña del árbol caído pero cuando se tiene un negocio de cara al público hay que estar al tanto de todo en todo momento. No se puede cerrar una recepción sin avisar porque si llegamos a haber ido a las 14.05 y nos dejan en la puerta hasta las 16 horas con un bebé al sol… En fin, en casos así hasta nos han devuelto el importe o nos han regalado un noche en otra fecha y aquí cero.

Second time visiting this lovely little hotel in the heart of Bocairent. Super clean and comfy large room (booked a suite) with a terrace. We were cycling and we kindly able to bring the bikes inside overnight. I can highly recommend dinner. Had a delicious three courses for 25€.

We loved this hotel for it's character, staff professional, but most helpful. Max was our only contact at the hotel and he was attentive despite being very busy!

Delightful small town hotel. We were very glad of a lift (we had large bags), and a walk in shower. The bed was only a double, but the room very comfortable and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, along with a fabulous patisserie. As this is a small town, you need to be aware that most things are closed during afternoon siesta. We enjoyed a walk to see the old town, but sadly the ice cave was closed due to recent rain. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent.

The hotel room we had was excellent and the staff most helpful. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. It was continental breakfast. The hotel situated in the town so parking a bit of an issue although parking was found within a few minutes of the hotel. The hotel is situated in the centre of Bocairent which is a delightful town.

The hotel is very clean and at very good location. The staff are very friendly. Although the hotel does not have its own parking spaces, but it is very easy to find parking spaces on street nearby. We stayed here in the mid March 2024 and found many restaurants and bars were not open when we wanted to eat in the late afternoon.

A very nice hotel with a very friendly welcome. It is quietly located in the centre, near the placa. The room is neat, nice and quiet and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We still play the hotel's fine playlist on spotify every day. You can also make very nice walks in the immediate surroundings.

We stayed for 3 nights in late September and had 3 rooms as we were celebrating my 70th birthday with our children and partners. This was our third stay at the hotel so we had high expectations of our visit. We love mountain walking in the Mariolas and Bocairent is the perfect base for such a break. We all enjoyed the hotel from the wonderful rooms to the comfortable common areas and the outside patios where, if you wished, you could take breakfast (a simple affair with great coffee and fresh orange juice!). We had planned on eating at the hotel's restaurant (El Cancell) on the first night but, due to illness, the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay. Instead the hotel offered us a simple menu for the evening that was enjoyed by all. The excellent staff in the hotel warned that we would need to book restaurants for the Friday and Saturday particularly as those that planned to eat at El Cancell would be booking in elsewhere. They gave us great recommendations and we particularly enjoyed Meson Gandia located just past the Police Station (see below!) in the main square. We had parked our 2 cars very close to the hotel, in spaces that the Valenciano sign said were no parking at certain times due to proximity to the covered market. Unfortunately we didn't understand Valenciano and parked there. On returning to our cars at the end of our stay we each had an 80 euro parking ticket (reduced to 40 euros if paid promptly). We wanted to pay the fine before we left town but, being Sunday, the Police Station was closed. No matter, the hotel reception called the police and he drove to the hotel to collect the fines from us, but not until he had been berated by hotel reception for the sign not having also been in (Castilian) Spanish as (apparently) being legally required. All in all another fantastic stay in wonderful Bocairent - we will be back!

Uniqueness of the hotel layout and design makes it a center of community. Serves as a restaurant, cafe, and local hangout with evening musicians, coupled with location and exceptional customer service. Location is in the middle of Kemeralti Bazaar and close to Agora Oren Yeri, archaeological remains of old Greek/Roman marketplace, and walking distance to Konak Pier, and the waterfront boardwalk/walking path. Rooms were large and well-appointed, and clean. Customer service was exceptional, and staff assisted with various things such as calling the airport to help locate a lost mobile phone (they were successful!). They are located in the middle of Old Town, where you will not see another hotel in close proximity.

Excellent customer service! Really appreciated the recommendations for drinks and dinner - a really lovely touch! Beautiful hotel in a picturesque town. Will definitely return and recommend to friends. Thank you for looking aster us !!

Estuvimos como en casa, calidad de habitación, los desayunos fantásticos y lo mejor; el trato del personal. Si volvemos, repetiremos con vosotros seguro!!

El sitio está muy bien, cuidado y limpio. Céntrico, está todo cerca restaurantes, plaza ayuntamiento, oficina de turismo y la gente muy agradable

Viaje en familia de fin de semana, hotel muy cuidado con pocas habitaciones, amplias y con baño grande, Joan es atento y se preocupa porque estés bien, la median pensión es en un restaurante próximo también espectacular. Los desayunos perfectos, una estancia simplemente perfecta

La habitación muy bien, amplia, limpia, etc., teniendo en cuenta que estaba sin estrenar, y tranquila.- Decir que el trato recibido ha sido sólo "el correcto".- Cuando hicimos la reserva nos dijeron que podíamos entrar a partir de las 11 de la mañana, nada más.- El día de la llegada, sobre las 13 horas por Whatsap nos preguntan a qué hora llegaremos, le decimos que estamos de camino y tardaríamos sobre 1 hora, a lo que nos contestan que a las 14 horas cierran la recepción y hasta las 16 no vuelven; hablamos por teléfono y siguen a la suya, a las 14 horas cerramos; ya empiezan a alterarnos nuestros planes.- Nos parece bien que pongan sus normas, pero no alterarlas cuando les convenga, con perjuicio del cliente, máximo el día 31 de diciembre con tanta entrada.- En el hotel hay un cartel con el horario de recepción, donde no consta el cierre de las dos horas expresadas.- Comprendemos que era un día complicado, pero creemos que hay que estar a la altura, toda vez que los precios ese día también son especiales.- Tampoco podemos decir que nos han dispensado un mal trato.- Lamentamos no poder opinar igual que otros muchos clientes que dicen haber sido tratados muy bien.-
