Marvelous, gorgeous hotel and property! The staff is incredible, helpful, kind, and joyful! The restaurant and pub, both on the property, are delicious! The staff at both were kind, helpful and phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! There is also a metro/tram stop (Weilizcka Park) beside the hotel (a 5 minute walk), which made it easy to travel to/from Krakow without a car. There is also a wonderful grocery store, Market Point near the hotel as well. You will LOVE staying here—calm and peaceful area.

A very nice hotel, well-maintained and with an unusual design, which makes it very original. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel has a large car park and convenient access. Beautiful newly opened - as we found out - SPA. For us it was a very pleasant stay and we will probably come back.

Bardzo dobry hotel choć lokalizacja średnia bo przy ruchliwej ulicy. Za oknem jezioro Czchowskie, ale turystycznie jakby niedostępne ze względu na infrastrukturę. Pokoje czyste, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadania w formie stołu szwedzkiego bardzo dobre. Basen, jacuzzi bilard. Polecam

No tak marnych 3 gwiazdek dawno nie widziałem, to raczej naciągane 2 bo do 3 to mu daleko. Na wstępie pokój posprzątany po łebkach, brud w zakamarkach, brudne okna. Musiałem kapać się w zimnej wodzie, bo ciepła odkręcona na maxa byla Zimna, czy pod prysznicem czy w umywalce,a to to już jest przegięcie, może po 22 nie starczyło już cieplej dla mnie bo inni goście hotelowi zużyli cała…. No szczyt. Śniadanie jak śniadanie z minusów zimne parówk, ketchup musztarda i masło do rozpakowania z jednorazowych opakowań No kurczę jakbym w MacDonaldzie był…. kawa najtańsza jaka można kupić w ziarnach i czarne włosy w paru kubkach przy ekspresie…. Całość ratuje jedynie miła obsługa, ale pomimo obsługi na cenę składa się całość a jest bardzo słabo. Nie polecam
