PRETTY AREA! Hotel staff was very nice, No phones in rooms, nice rooms otherwise. Pool was nice, Breakfast was beautiful :)

It’s definitely not worth staying there, even for free! There was no proactive communication from the hotel about the lack of hot water or ongoing construction. Imagine being in the middle of a shower, and the water suddenly stops completely. On top of that, the hotel staff showed no concern or effort to address the issues. All the hassles and inconveniences made the stay incredibly frustrating and unpleasant. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

Nice hotel for the location (5 minutes walk from the centre). Cleaning and breakfast options definitely need to be improved. WiFi not so great in some areas of the hotel. Rooms could do with a bit of maintenance. The pool and lobby area are the best parts of the hotel. Some friendly English speaking staff including Mustafa Kemal and Sunday.

I recommend you to stay away from this facility. All they care about is your money. When they take it, you’re done. Go somewhere else, you’d be much happier.

We had the most lovely stay at the Costa Maya Bodrum. The room was very spacious, clean, modern and bright. The location is excellent, the facilities are very good and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I return to Bodrum I would book again.

A wonderful hotel, very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, with every detail thought out in terms of design. The grounds and pool area are fantastic.

Everything was fine, but there were some issues with the internet. Otherwise, everything was great: clean, quiet, conveniently located, and the staff was attentive.

Parking was convenient and the service was good, but there was no elevator, making it tiring to carry heavy luggage upstairs. The room was small; two large suitcases couldn't fit comfortably. The environment was quite quiet, though. Overall, it was good value for money for a one-night stay.

A good hotel in the city center for a 2-3 night stay. The breakfasts are wonderful, and cleaning is done daily, but only trash and towel changes are required. We were given a triple room for two, and luckily it's on the first floor. It's hard to lug a suitcase up the stairs to the second floor. Don't count on the sea being nearby; it's either a long walk to the beach or a drive out of town. We booked it during active excursions, just for an overnight stay. The cats sleep on the tables, and the dog on the sun loungers. Some people find it cute, but I'm not so fond of it. Upon checkout, they helped us call a taxi and gave us a complimentary candy. Overall, I recommend it; the location is excellent. It's an easy bus ride from the airport to the train station for 170 lira, and then you can walk to the hotel.

The accommodation facilities were good, the location was good, and there was parking, so it was good. The breakfast was also good. I want to come back again next time~!

The location is very difficult to find. The one-way navigation took a long time to get in. There were flies in the room, the air conditioner could not be turned off and it was very dirty. It should have not been cleaned for a long time. The advantages are good breakfast and good sound insulation.

We arrived late at 11 p.m. there was a problem with the air conditioning which was not working. We were promised to change rooms the next day so we waited. We went back to see them at reception the next day and were told that the hotel was full so it was not possible to change rooms. We had to endure for 3 days. This is not the most serious THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, a lot of dust when they come to clean I have the impression that they make the bed with sheets sometimes stained. But the worst is Our shower which was very dirty, probably not cleaned for a while. I didn't feel comfortable at all in this room for 3 people. The hotel is just good for its location, THE swimming pool is not bad, I will not return there for the cleanliness and the service.
