It was just 4 days at St Regis and they were memorable beyond words. From the beginning when just a few things weren't Upto my expectations because of renovations happening at the property to the time I left St Regis, I must say, St Regis Goa is one of the best when it comes to Service and hospitality. The responses to every complaint was a prompt professional resolve with a smile. Being a business traveler, leisure family travel for me are extremely special and St Regis Goa made it super special in every way possible. Mr Amit Malhotra took personal interest and responsibility in making sure everything is perfect to the 'T'. Mr Umanand, St Regis Butler, made sure he is always there for the smallest of things. Chef Enzo was outstanding and so was every person at all the restaurants. Naresh at Oliveto knew how to pour the wine and which wine goes well with which food. Mr Mario who took us for the spice plantation tour knows about every plant, herbs and spices planted at the property. What was most special about St Regis was everyone welcomed and solved even the smallest of issues with a smile. I never heard a No from them. I have travelled the world and must have stayed in hotels in Europe, South East Asia, South America, Middle East and I must say Service Standards at St Regis are one of the world's best.
