Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Bogor

Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)

Highly recommended for a short weekend getaway from busy Jakarta. We did a staycation for one night. Arrived before midday and while waiting for our room, we tried the spa at the hotel which was excellent. Check in time was at 14.00 but at 13.15 we were sent a text to say our room is ready. Friendly and attentive staff across the hotel. I asked for a direction to the spa location and one of the staff I met at the corridor went out of his way to take me right to the front door of the spa - he could’ve told me the direction but insisted of accompanying me there. Really appreciate the gesture. Breakfast buffet is impressive with large selection, and pretty good food. Love the view and surroundings of the hotel, and all the facilities, even a mini zoo behind the villas. We pretty much spent the whole time at the hotel and across the road to Taman Budaya. Highly recommended to stay here; great job to the whole Aston Sentul team to make our stay very pleasant.

Good service, good people, good food, nice ambiance and very strategic location. Near gate 3 Bogor Botanical Garden, not far from mall in the right and left of hotel. And many cafes to try.

We booked last minute and liked the look of the hotel and rooms as they were heritage style. The price of the deluxe room with breakfast was great value too. in reality the Hotel was even better than we imagined in a very nice building surrounded by excellent stylish restaurants only a stones throw away from the centre of Bogor but a lovely quiet area. Rooms and breakfast were great and the staff were excellent. We would love to stay there again.

Als ich im Zimmer war, innerhalb 2 Minuten kann ich gleich sehen, 1. Es gibt viele flecken auf dem Bettdecken , nicht nur ein Bett sondern zwei davon. Ich habe aber nur eins fotografiert. Eine von das Bett sieht wie nicht neu aus (wie jemand hat da geschlafen bevor ich). Als ich die Flecken gefunden, kann ich nur alles wieder kontrollieren. Da gibt auch Kalk bei der Duschkopf und der Raum ist einfach alt, nicht gut gereinigt und gepflegt. Als die Hausdame den Betten neu machen finden wir zusammen noch eine große Flecken auf dem Bett gibt, omg. Ist das wirklich? Das Housekeepers sind aber nett und schnell kommen 2. nachdem ich das alles kontrolliert, habe ich an der REZEPTION angerufen und erklärt alles. Sagte Sie „so möchten Sie das Bett neu machen? Sollen wir kommen?“ fragst du mich? Na klar! Was soll ich machen? Soll ich auf dem dreckigen Bett schlafen? Was für ein 4 Sterne Hotel fragt das? Also muss Mann ja gleich wissen was die tut soll. Omg 3. Frühstück haben wir bezahlt und als wir da gewesen, müssen noch warten weil alles voll ist, und haben wir in der Lobby gewartet voll Hunger aber kein Problem, bekommen keine Getränke oder so während wir warten. Wenn wir ein Tisch bekommen, hat der Kellner ein schmutzige teller bei uns gegeben, der Kellner war voll unfreundlich, habe ich gesagt bitte saubern hat er nur einmal gewischt ohne zu sehen und wieder weg. OMG muss ich alles mit der Hand saubern, kommt eine Kellnerin aber zum saubern (hat die mich vielleicht gesehen, dass ich mit der hand versucht sauber zu machen). Das Essen war nicht wahlreich, Hauptsache kann man essen.

Overall it is a nice hotel, not too far from Jakarta and you can see the mountain view even though the weather is not as cold as Puncak area. Staff is very nice.

Lift terlalu lama nunggu karna hotel full dan kapasitas lift kecil. Resto nya juga kecil jd antri saat breakfast. Tapi Lokasi ok untuk yang mau golf, kamar bersih, kita dapet upgrade tipe family. Overall ok banget. Booking lewat trip.com jauh lbh murah
