Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Bogota

Fantastisch hotel , mooie ruime kamers en erg goedkoop voor alles wat je krijgt qua ontbijt en zwembad en gym . Zeker een aanrader. Personeel erg behulpzaam

El hotel esmuy bueno en todo sentido,sobre todo en la atencion, que es excelente , muy buen desayuno, bar y super limpio y bien decorado. Único defecto, los Domingos el servicio de bar cierra a las 14 hs, por lo que si uno viene de in viaje largo, es muy incómodo.Proxima vez que deba llegar un Domingo cambio de hotel, de lunes a sabado 10/10

The location of the hotel is great because it is right at 93 park, which makes it easier to walk from there to several restaurants and to the park itself, the bed was very comfortable, the staff of the hotel is very nice and the breakfast was good. So it is basically a great place to stay if you want to be at a cool area. One thing I did not love so much was that the rooms have thin walls so I could hear whenever a person was walking in the hall, closing a door or even snoring. Another thing is that the windows were hard to open and close, to the point that I was not able to close the room window during the last night of our stay.

Al baño de la habitación se le salía el agua desde el retrete y creaba un pequeño charco de agua. Aparte de eso la habitación estuvo bien, cada día nos cambiaron sábanas y productos de higiene. La plancha servía correctamente. El check in y checkout fue rápido, como unos 5 min. En la entrada siempre tuvieron personal de seguridad. Carlos y Luri siempre atentos en el restaurante, excelente servicio. De las personas de frontdesk todos tenían buena actitud exceptuando al que no quiso apoyar mucho el día 14 de Marzo con un transporte a altas horas de la noche.

We look for a hotel near the airport to sleep a few hours and then continue with another flight. Juan and Maria, who were night auditors, treated us very well, we checked in very quickly, the rooms are very comfortable and have a nice view, the breakfast was very good, my children really liked getting to know Bogota for a few hours.

I want to start with a big thank you to the whole team in the reception as well as Danna Carolina for making my stay at Novotel Parque 93 a great one. My airline changed my flight last minute, meaning I arrived in Bogotá very early in the morning on short notice, and the whole Novotel team did everything they could to welcome me while waiting for guests to check out so that I could get a room (they were fully booked the night before). So a particular thanks to the night shift receptionist for all her efforts and care. In general, the Novotel exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, comfortable and very clean, and the service provided was excellent. I was also very happy to have a bath-tub. If I should point to room for improvement, it would be the availability of staff at the bar (I think they often work in the restaurant on the second floor as well, leaving the bar unattended at times) and the size of the gym (it was quite small and very full in the morning). But I enjoyed my workouts, and not least did I have a great grilled tuna filet in the lobby bar. So a big thank you to everyone again for taking so well care of me. You made my stay in Bogotá a great one, and I hope to stay with you again soon!

Hectours told us this was a 5-star hotel. It seems like they have never been to one. First, we had to wait approximately 45 minutes to get our rooms because the reservations were all wrong. Then, one of the rooms had no a/c. When addressed with the front desk, they expected us to just open the windows (even though we paid for rooms with a/c). In another room for three persons, there were only two towels, so we called the front desk, asking for an additional towel. It never arrived. The bathroom needs some repairing and the furniture is so worn out that it should be burned down. The sink overflows when used. Like the title says… a complete nightmare.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a quick overnight by the airport. It is close to the airport with a free shuttle service to and from the airport which run every 30/40 minutes. The checkin experience was efficient and our room was quite large and well appointed. One thing to note is I am a light sleeper and didn’t hear a thing from either the hallway or outdoors which impressed me. We had a late dinner at the restaurant which was excellent, albeit, I would say the menu was a bit limited. The service was efficient and friendly. One word of caution is there isn’t much around the hotel, however, it is beside a transit line. I would not hesitate staying here again.
