This is the 2nd time in two years we stayed at this hotel for interviews at the US Embassy. It’s a 15 minute drive from the airport. Staff is very professional, attentive and helpful. The hotel offers free breakfast buffet. The buffet is a variety of Colombian food as well as breakfast favorites. The hotel’s restaurant has excellent menu. They offer some traditional Colombian food but with their own modern signature. The hotel offers free transportation to and from the airport. The drivers are professional wearing shirts, ties and sport coats.great experience at this hotel. downstairs form the hotel are many different restaurants, bar and ******. There are 2 large shopping mall within 15 minute walk too.

Honesty, it's really sucks, I don't know why it has relationship with wyndham, when I found it's not Extactly wyndham, I failed to cancel it

The room is great. Room service is cheap. The only bad thing is breakfast is not good enough.

Hotel located in nice safe area of city. It had clean room. Really good breakfast buffet service.

Very bad service in front desk reception, they can not find my reservation number and even did not tell me right wifi

Very good hotel. Everything was great. Also there are many restaurants at ground floor. Also very safery place. Many of security staff were there for your safety.

The Tryp Hotel was an adequate stay. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. That made our experience worthwhile. Check in and check out processes were seamless and the breakfast was good. However, the carpet stains, poor/awkward lighting, and bathroom stench made our stay less satisfying than we hoped for. Overall, it’s location and nearby restaurants made it solid choice if you’re in Bogota, Colombia.

Excelente servicio.

This property was conveniently located to the embassy ie the reason for my visit. I found the rooms to be comfortable and clean, the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful, the free airport shuttle to be a bonus although it runs about every hour (pick up on the hour to the hour and a half) and plenty of places to eat right outside the lobby. Another huge plus was access to a full gym downstairs. Full breakfast was included in the price of the room, it was good and had a wide variety of options. Definitely would stay here again for future needs.

Lean, confortable and quiet. Caters to a lot of American guests. A lot of patrons spoke English. Room was small but adequate. Shower was very useful. Room service was very good. And arrived quickly. It is a brisk walk from the US Embassy.

Everything was amazing. I was very pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the place as well as the comfort of the room. The only thing that will make it even better will be if they had AC at the room other than that every was great.

Small rooms, good location, shuttle works fine but it takes one hour between one and the other.

Very good hotel in Bogotá. Large Room, Nice bed, clean bathroom. Very good breakfast and restaurant.
