Made a booking by mistake and contacted the hotel immediately, they said they were going to help me cancel it free of charge but didn't and now I have been charged. Looks like they are struggliing that they need to keep my money for 1 night over having a longer terms customers, will no longer stay with them.

Extremely close to the airport. Perfect for a layover if you have an early flight or arrive very late. I didn't book breakfast as I had an early flight, so I can't comment on that.

Good afternoon. We've always enjoyed staying at the Movich; however, this time we paid for a room for three (two adults and one child), and there was only one bed. The three of us had to sleep cramped together. Logically, there should have been two beds. There was only one roll of toilet paper and the Kleenex box only had five tissues left. Please, it's essential that you check this and at least provide two rolls of toilet paper. The sink faucet sprays water and dispenses very, very little.

Good option for long layover in Bogota!

The location was perfect, but the service was lacking. Even after presenting my passport and Chilean residency card, they charged me VAT, which wasn't applicable. The gentleman at reception refused to double-check. Then he questioned why I was paying the tax in dollars and interrogated me about it... I arrived in Bogotá at 11 PM and my layover ended at 7 AM... I didn't have time to exchange my money for local currency. On top of all that, they excessively lengthened the check-in process and my overall experience at the hotel. I wasn't satisfied, despite the proximity to the airport and the facilities.

The hotel charged twice for online booking and upon check-in, although they promised to return the money, we'll see.

They are not flexible enough for an airport hotel. We had to pay extra to get our room earlier, even though we didn't stay overnight. I can't recommend this hotel.
