Customer service was pretty rude and dismissive and this is coming from a super chill kinda customer. Room is clean and modern but basic. No water bottles supplied - definitely should be at the price the hotel charges. Location great with transfer to airport but you must give 24hrs notice or they refuse to collect you. Breakfast is 5/10. Not terrible but limited in selection and not very good quality. Wifi was also poor. Gym is dire. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

Service was good, however front desk staff were not very friendly. Breakfast was very good and airport shuttle service is very convenient. Room was nice and comfortable.

Hotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up.. Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up

Fantastisch hotel , mooie ruime kamers en erg goedkoop voor alles wat je krijgt qua ontbijt en zwembad en gym . Zeker een aanrader. Personeel erg behulpzaam

Juan Camile and Camile at reception provided an excellent experience when checking into this beautiful hotel in Bogota. The hotel is in an excellent location and has excellent facilities including a supurb restaurant on thr mezzanine level. I would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Bogota.

Excelente ubicación cerca al aeropuerto el Dorado, habitación y limpieza impecable, delicioso desayuno tipo buffet, ofrece servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. cercano a centros comerciales y otros sitios de interez.

Buen hotel cerca del aeropuerto de “El Dorado”. Cumple con los estándares de un Marriot.

Long established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor). Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment. Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)

For those who know ibis hotels they are all pretty much the same .. the rooms are a bit small but clean enough ......the area is OK...nice restaurants around...
