It was a good stay The staff was very friendly and very quick to help

The Palace is perfect for a family vacation. The service provided by the staff was great and everyone was smiling and eager to help. Our rooms were clean with snacks and drinks provided. The only thing missing was a toothbrush and toothpaste in their bathroom. The buffet breakfast at the Palace is a good variety and the service during breakfast was amazing. Staying at the palace is an easy walk to all activities Sun City provides and there are always shuttle buses to take you back to where you need to be. I would recommend staying over rather than a day visit to be able to fully explore and have a good nights rest.

We booked a 4 bedroom bungalow on the resort and on the whole it was a good experience. The bedrooms were well appointed spacious and the beds were comfortable. The lounge diner was huge, and we has a lovely braai area and plunge pool. A few things let it down though. The fridge freezer wasn't working correctly and nor was the air con for the lounge diner. It kept switching itself off. There is plenty to do on the resort from the restaurant and crazy golf, which is a must. Free shuttle bus as well to Sun City is a bonue
