We are regulars at Cascades. The hotel is near any activities we like to attend and restaurants to dine at. Family room is specious. Good soundproofing. Only one exception: rooms above the Luna bar might not suit guests who going to bed 20:00. The noise from the bar's terrace continues till 23:00 or longer on weekend nights. Bedding is excellent. Bathroom has shower and bathtub. Very nice decor. Breakfast restaurant has a dissent variety of choices. Pastries are of a very good quality. The hotel staff and its manager Daniel are so professional and work miles to accommodate your requests. Thank you agin. we will be back!

Suncity is always a great place to visit to unwind from city life. Loved it! Their breakfast is always amazing!

The Palace is perfect for a family vacation. The service provided by the staff was great and everyone was smiling and eager to help. Our rooms were clean with snacks and drinks provided. The only thing missing was a toothbrush and toothpaste in their bathroom. The buffet breakfast at the Palace is a good variety and the service during breakfast was amazing. Staying at the palace is an easy walk to all activities Sun City provides and there are always shuttle buses to take you back to where you need to be. I would recommend staying over rather than a day visit to be able to fully explore and have a good nights rest.

We had booked a midweek break with our 5yr old at the cabanas. Check in was good but that is where it stopped. The room we had been given looked like it had not been cleaned well. We found spiderwebs in the room, she bin was broken, dust on the extractor fan, Ac unit was broken and dirty, rubbish on the floor and marks on the walls. We looked past this as our 5yr old wanted to explore outside, so we left the room as a housekeeper was in the area and had tried to come into the room when we arrived. When we got back it was time for dinner, we looked at the services on the TV to see what time dinner was from. Saw it said a dinner and breakfast service. Rang the front desk and got told it only breakfast no dinner. When asked why no real answer was given. So we went down and requested the shuttle service up to the restaurant etc. was told will be 5 min. We waited 20 min before giving up and walking up. This happened twice to us. Breakfast at the hotel was OK, but some of the food was cold, spider webs in the extractor fans( This was seen both mornings we had breakfast), birds poop all over the area, tables not cleaned after people had left just new knives and forks placed. No real cleaning happening. what was the most disappointing is the fact that we had planned this trip to go to the valley of waves for our 5yr old. We got there and the kids section was closed. No notices or communication anywhere to stat it was closed, and can see it had been closed a while for work. He couldn't do any of the other rides bar the lazy river and was really upset about it. We had told him all about it and had built this day up and was gone in a split second. This was a real low point as this was the reason we had come. Overall the break for us as a family was OK, but wont be doing it again any time soon again due to the poor service and communication we received. Sad thing is i have completed the survey the management team emailed me and gave them the same account of all that happened and haven't received any kind of feedback from them. No sorry, no noted and will work on it or how can we make your next stay better,zip. I do have pictures of what we saw if they wish to see them.
