The Bathroom smells poop from the sink. The process of check in and check out takes an hour.

Maybe the best hotel in Bolinao area. Excellent landscaping, swimming pools, garden, kids area. The only drawback and really a little one is the staff service. I give this mark because they are really not helpful for giving touristic information for landmarks around, and especially for the Giant Clams - for me the real treasure around in this area. Other than that, it is really a place to go and stay - there is no hotel around that can compare.

Very good and charming service. Special discounts were applied due to ongoing construction works. Negative: Constant inundation of background music (until 6 Dec Christmas songs) - often 1940s and 50s music was completely annoying

My eight year old child was charged for 1k but mo additional beddings given. Same service and amenities like the other transients and inns in the area for the pricey price.

環境很好，日落非常漂亮，退潮後可以去海里逛逛，服務人員態度很好，設施齊全，唯一的缺點是是交通不方便，只有三輪車出行

The perfect hotel destination for family, we really enjoyed our stay at Purto del Sol. They have a holiday themed kids activity during our stay (like the easter egg hunt) . Friendly staff, delicious filipino food at the buffet, close to everything. You’ll enjoy the ride to and from the hotel to the tourist spots in Bolinao because of the spectacular view Patar Beach you’ll see along the way. Love the infinity pool and the kids eco / playground/ park.

Spending my wife Grace's birthday here was an excellent choice. Elma, Mary Jane & rest of staff were very accommodating. Seafood chowder was best. Will come back again definitely.

Not enough staff to meet the demands of customers during dinner time. It took over three hours for us to start dinner from the time the staff took our meal orders.

I will not recommend the unit of this facility to anyone and will never book there again. The room that we stayed in was too small and the air conditioning was blowing warm air. There is no Wifi in the room. There is no business office to do meeting or zoom meetings. I was told to do my meeting outside the restaurant/lounge area where there is wifi signal but poor lighting even though my meeting was at midnight due to time difference between the Philippines and the U.S. The bathroom in the unit stinks it smells like sewer and pee also has hair everywhere and moldy in the bathroom. The pool and the yard looks great otherwise and the new buildings. I was told that the old units are the one only for RCI very disappointed.

The resort is amazingly beautiful, but we had a less than pleasant experience with the receptionist, Janry. We arrived an hour early before the check-in time with a child and a senior citizen, hoping for a bit of consideration. Unfortunately, we had to wait an additional two hours, and it was extremely hot and humid that day. Additionally, we found the accommodation and food to be overpriced and not worth the cost.

Upon verifying your timeline, your registration was completed at noon which was 2 hours early of check-in time. We were fully booked with back-to-back reservations that weekend; it was quite difficult to accommodate your early check-in request since previous guests checked out between 11am-12 noon. However, our highly skilled receptionist, wanted to please your family of 19 people kindly offered our facilities in advance of your check-in time FOR FREE while waiting for your unit, like the swimming pools, jacuzzi, game room, playground, restaurant and bar. As to our food prices, we believe it to be competitive with other resorts of our calibre. Bolinao is a quaint little town with milkfish as its main industry. As such, we outsource most of our ingredients far and wide. We also harvest some fruits and vegetables organically grown from our Puerto Del Sol farm to deliver the freshest produce to our valued guests like yourself. These factors contribute to the prices of our food.

Myself and my wife stayed here for 3 nights last month. This is our third time staying over at the Puerto Del Sol Beach Resort. We had a lovely time, the stay was very comfortable. The suite was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The food and staff are excellent. Hopefully see you again next year and I recommended the hotel to our friend.

A fantastically built and well maintained hotel. Very clean, close to all local attractions. Friendly and helpful staff and very good local food. We visited three similar locations in the area before booking and this was by far the best.9/10

ne mangez jamais dans le restaurant de cet hotel : mon épouse a eu une intoxication alimentaire an mangeant des spaghettis carbonara il y a trois jours, elle est encore sous antibiotiques , le boeuf en sauce que j'avais commandé était immangeable : pas cuit ! bien sûr ils n'ont pas proposé de le rembourser, nous avons écourté notre séjour d'une jour, pas question de nous rembourser bien sûr ! never eat in this hotel's restaurant: my wife had food poisoning while eating spaghetti carbonara three days ago, she is still on antibiotics, the beef in sauce that I ordered was inedible: not cooked! of course they didn't offer to refund it, we cut our stay short by one day, no question of refunding us of course!

We had a very enjoyable day visit. The staff are very attentive and polite, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, immaculately maintained as are the swimming pools. Lovely beach side restaurant with nice food. One of our group had a massage and said it was refreshing. My five year old granddaughter loved the pools spending hours splashing around and improving her swimming. Highly recommended.
