It was a very good and comfortable hotel the Location was in the centre for me was perfect, the staff were so nice and helpful , the breakfast was good , I recommend this hotel and it will be my place every time I visit Bologna.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. WiFi was ok and breakfast was quite various.

Hotel is located in the center of Bologna, very easy to reach from the city center and train station by foot or bike. The room is a little small, which is quite common in Europe, but the quality is decent. Breakfast in okay, not the greatest but also not the worst. Very friendly staff.

Front desk staff were most helpful when we were journeying around the city to view the sites of Bologna. Food, the room, air comfort and the central location was first-rate. If we return to Bologna, we will stay at SanHotel Regina. Great job!

A city with many arches, where the people are very kind.

It's very cold! The ventilation blows a cold stream of air right into the room, right onto our bed! And it can't be turned off, at the reception we were told that this is the case in all rooms. We slept in warm clothes, with our heads covered under the blanket!!!! This is terrible! You made a good hotel, but what's the point if your guests are going to freeze and get sick during the trip!!! Because of you, we left this room sick. We do not recommend this hotel! Also, there is no kettle or slippers in the room.
