Ulasan Hotel Donatello

The hotel is very close to the train station, just a short walk away. It's also near the main road with plenty of food options.

The hotel is located near the train station. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing, but this street is known for pickpockets. They'll snatch your wallet before you even notice (( When my trip started, everything was pretty good. The room was small, but the air conditioning worked. The breakfast was continental, and you had to order coffee. I had a croissant and coffee, and that was fine. However, on my way back, they put me in a room with a broken air conditioner. And this was in 37-degree Celsius heat! It was hell. I asked them to fix the AC or change my room. They said they didn't have any other rooms available, unfortunately. They couldn't fix the air conditioner. It was terrible. As compensation, they waived a fee and apologized profusely. But the impression left was awful. Such strange experiences.

Overall, not bad. But when the air conditioning doesn't work in 36-degree heat, it's unbearable. They couldn't offer another room due to no availability. They tried to fix the AC, but it only worked for 5 minutes before shutting off again. This completely ruined my impression of the hotel. Although the ladies at the front desk were polite and friendly. The breakfast was very modest, continental.

Excellent hotel, clean and good service. Well located, within walking distance of the old town. Bus routes nearby.

I really liked the hotel. It's located not far from the train station. They let me check in a bit earlier, as I requested. The single room is small, but it has everything. I liked the shutters, they block out the daylight well, and the windows, you can't hear the street noise. There's a mini-bar and a kettle.

Excellent hotel, everything is close by, very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Good location and super friendly staff. Bit the hotel is really old, scratches on furniture, holes in the wall etc. Breakfast ia very simple.

There was no direction on how to turn on the heather. Tried to call receptionist, no information to which number to dial. In most of hotel you dialled 0 then you will get the receptionist. Apparently this hotel has 3 digits number to dial the receptionist and again, there was no instructions how to contact receptionist. I was too tired to go down asking about the heather. We ended up with sleeping on the freezer that night.

The staff were very nice and friendly and let me to check in early. The room was clean and the location was good.

Pretty good, very convenient.

Decent value for money.

The room is a bit small, but overall still good!

So confortable

No kettle
