This hotel was handily situated close to the central railway station. There was a nice big lobby and lounge area to relax in after a day out. Staff were polite and helpful, especially Tommaso. The main street is just around the corner. The room was quite small but very comfortable and well-lit. I slept very well in a nice big bed with great mattress and pillows. The shower was great with lots of hot water and good pressure. Finally, the breakfast was superb. I recommend opting for breakfast when booking.

Excellent location, right next to the train and bus stations, perfect for catching a train the next day. Most attractions in the Old Town are within walking distance. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very warm and friendly. The hotel breakfast was very rich and delicious.

I was upgraded from the basic room to the suite because of my birthday, even though I didn’t as! Didn’t expect that at all, got a terrace with sun loungers that made my day even more perfect 😊 staff was also helpful with recommendations for breakfast places nearby, super happy that I chose nh hotel over mercury, will definitely stay again if I come back to Bologna 😊

Facilities: All facilities are quite new and well-maintained. Cleanliness: Clean. The toilet isn't very large, but it's very clean, and the bedding is also neat. Environment: It's a five-minute walk from the train station, and there are supermarkets nearby. There's also a small square right next to it, with many tourists and police officers. It's a fifteen-minute walk to the Neptune Fountain, and the route goes through a lively shopping area. Service: The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and check-in efficiency is high.

Beautiful comfy room, quiet, great bed, shower. Thought the staff could have been warmer on check in. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy, as a male solo traveler I was okay, but not sure how I’d feel about my mother walking into town alone. It is about 10/15 mins to the heartbeat of Bologna.

A historic hotel in the heart of Florence! The location is perfect. The hotel is directly opposite the train station, which is convenient if you're traveling by train. All the main attractions are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants and cozy cafes nearby. The Central Market is also close by. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the fifth floor (on the rooftop), offering beautiful views of the city center and the Duomo dome. The European buffet breakfast itself is varied and delicious. There's also a pleasant open terrace on the rooftop, perfect for relaxing after long walks. The rooms are kept clean, and the free mini-bar is refilled promptly. I would gladly return here again!

The hotel as the name suggests sits close to the train station but is only a short 10 minute walk to the main square in Bologna along the main shopping street with its covered walkways. The reception and breakfast staff were all courteous and friendly. Rooms are of average size but very well appointed and clean. Would stay here on any return trips to Bologna.

I really liked this hotel, especially because of its very central location and how close it is to the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was okay, pretty standard and nothing particularly special. The service was also fine and I can’t really complain, but at the same time, there was nothing that really stood out or made the experience feel exceptional. For that reason, I don’t think I could give it a full five stars. That being said, the overall experience was very pleasant, especially considering the price. It offers good value for money, and I would still recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable hotel in a convenient location.

Overall the hotel is ok, but I booked a superior room and got a standard one, they also made me paid more for the city tax, not the amount that I had on booking. Room clean but the bed is not comfortable, good location, nice breakfast but staff members not friendly
