unfriendly service from the very start in reception. room not equipped, no water kettle. facilities such as pool and gym are positioned in lower level with no one around. feeling eerie. the only good thing is the price paid for accommodation.

The hotel is quite far from the centre, not much to do. But the room is fairly clean. Breakfast is pretty yummy, although not a lot of choice, the foods are fresh.

Worst manager ever “ mi hai rotto i coglioni” the answer to my question if we can have an iron at our room. … receptionist very professional good people, the manage just terrible at communicating and very impolite. Definitely would go again there but absolutely would never talk to that manager again as he seems doesn’t appreciate the clients.

The location although 7 km from the city center that seems near it is not! You have to walk 15-20 min to the nearest bus station and then there are only 2 buses running every hour to reach city center. If you miss the first one then you have to wait another 25 minutes for the second one! If you are planning your trip on foot avoid this one. If you rent a car there is a parking lot outside in the courtyard of the hotel and several more just outside the hotel on the street. Both parking spots are in the open. Hotel offers a closed parking spot in its basement but on pay. We had to change room the next day of our arrival as there was a noise coming out of the ventilation system. A supervisor came to inspect the room and after verifying our sayings offered us a room 2 floor down. During our stay one of the three lift was out of order and it was a nightmare to come down in the morning during peak hours. All three days we were getting to lobby by stairs.

Arrived late the receptionist was very helpfull. The bar was shut so after helping with a vending machine he let us into the outside sitting area.

Only stayed one night but we are going back soon!

Hotel is located in a very easy to reach area, close to highway and 20 minutes from city center. Parking is not that big but there is underground parking too. Room was clean, with all the needed stuff, very good coffee machine and well working wifi. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of sweet and salty italian specialities. Staff was very professional and friendly.

Nice hotel but little bit far from the city

距離市區有點遠，叫出租車和Uber都不太方便，而且挺貴的，周邊沒有餐廳，沒有風景，早餐可以，房間soso，3星水平吧，旅遊還是要住市區吧。

Prettige ervaring gehad. Enige wat ik minder vond is dat je de temperatuur op de kamer niet zelf kan instellen. Waardoor het af en toe veels te heet was in de kamer. Het is daar centraal geregeld.
