I booked this hotel on ******* where it is presented as an upscale hotel with a sauna and a free manager's reception. Upon arrival, I was informed that the sauna was under renovation, and there were not such thing as a free manager's reception. The hotel manager told me that they weren't responsible for what ******* puts on the website. I appreciated the manager offering me a bit of a discount to appease me but overall this was frustrating, as I was looking forward to a sauna and a spa. Overall, although the hotel is clean and conveniently located, it does not live up to the "upscale" standard.

Eşimle birlikte gittiğimiz bir tatilde 1 gece konakladık. En üst kattaki restaurantta sunulan yemekleri özellikle çok güzeldi.. Teras'tan da şehir manzarası akşam çok keyifli idi. Gölcük Milli Parkı sadece 15 km mesafede ... Diğer milli parklar da 40-50 km

Otelin konumu merkezi, Gölük'e yarım Yedigöller'e bir saat ve oldukça temiz.
Olumsuz tarafı ise personel biz sabah otele girerken parayı çekmemiş, gece uyuduk 11.30da aradılar gelin ödeyin diye. Ertesi sabah çıkarken ödeyebilirdik o saatte kaldırmaları hiç hoş olmadı.

Öncelikle Bolu'nun merkezinde olmasına rağmen kargaşadan uzak sakin bir mahallede olmasını çok beğendim. Otelin içi ve odalarındaki konfor dört yıldızlı otellerde olması gerektiği gibi... Teras katındaki restoran güzel bir Bolu manzarası eşliğinde akşam yemeği için hem lezzet hem de fiyat olarak uygundu.
