Posizione privilegiata vicino a tutto, anche a Gaia, sulla riva opposta del fiume raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. Ottima accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione sia dolce che salata, nello stesso locale c'è un servizio ristorante e, a volte, c'è musica dal vivo. Solo la pulizia è migliorabile ma anche così è più che accettabile. Avevamo una camera familiare all'ultimo piano con vista suggestiva sul Ponte Dom Luis I e Gaia. Straconsigliato!

El hotel está ubicado justo en frente al corte inglés. Nosotros uno de los días hemos bajado hasta Oporto caminando y ha valido la pena el paseo. Han sido unos 2 kl para bajar. Nos ha encantado. Ah, por cierto, lo mejor del hotel es que si te apetece tomarte un café solo tienes que bajar hasta la entrada y cogerte uno. Es totalmente gratuito.

I arrived at the hotel on 20 November 2022 for a 5 night stay. The stay was business related and with so many hotels to choose from, I decided to go with the Porto Palacio. What an excellent choice! The hotel is absolutely brilliant - I cannot find a fault. Check-in was very smooth and on arrival to the room - wow - very modern, crisp clean sheets on the bed and a spacious room. In terms of food, the Breakfast experience was the best part of the stay for me. I have stayed in many hotels around the world - both on a personal basis and a business basis - I can honestly say that the breakfast staff at the Porto Palacio are the best I've ever come across. On arrival, I was seated quickly. On Day 1, the staff members memorised what I had that cannot be chosen by the buffet - for example, a tea and two plates (as I like two plates) - on Days 2 and for the rest of the trip, I didn't even need to ask. I was called by my Title and Surname on arrival. The whole experience was brilliant. I would like to mention a lady called Rosa and another lady (they both greet staff members at the door) - their hospitality skills are great and they are always smiling - nothing is too much for them. I didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening but had room service as personally, I like to relax after a day at the office. The food was of good quality and was tasty and piping hot. I used the gym during my stay - the gym is open to members of the public, therefore is not your usual hotel gym. It's huge - there are loads of machines and I was never waiting for someone to finish using something. Staff members are friendly. All in all - a brilliant stay and is a genuine 5 star hotel! I will return to the Porto Palacio both on a business basis and also on a personal basis - Porto looks like a great city! It's a shame that I didn't have time to look around as I had a busy schedule but I will certainly be back! Thank you!!

Hotel in zona Afurada a Porto, leggermente decentrato ma da tenere veramente in considerazione per visitare la città. Camera e bagno piccolini, ma dotati di ogni comfort. Noi eravamo al terzo piano con vista sul mare, bollitore per caffè e tè, acqua di cortesi, prodotti da bagno molto buoni, compresa una crema per il corpo che ho trovato di buona profumazione e veramente gradevole dopo la doccia. Parcheggio gratuito. La colazione è super, disponibile fino alle 12, mette a disposizione frutta fresca, yogurt ottimi di tre tipi diversi, pasticceria fresca comprese le ottime Pastel de Nata, pane e affettati, formaggi, marmellate e miele. C'è la possibilità di farsi i pancake e le spremute da soli. Tutti ottimi prodotti! Hotel 3 stelle con servizio colazione da 4. Se non si vuole prendere macchina o mezzi pubblici, si può chiamare Bolt che con 3 euro circa ti porta al Ponte Luiz da dove si possono raggiungere a piedi molte attrazioni della città che ho trovato molto bella.

We stayed at this hotel on a bed and breakfast basis for 7 nights. The hotel was modern and clean, staff were very helpful. The room was cleaned daily and products restocked. The location was perfect for us as situated close to motorway. We had a hire car for the week so the hotel car park was great for us. Burger King was next door so handy if wanted a quick coffee day or night. The hotel does have a bar. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, alongside a full continental selection. I recommend this hotel, we would certainly stay there again.

El hotel está ubicado a unos 20 minutos de Oporto. Bien comunicado con bus casi a la puerta y perfectamente si vas en coche. La limpieza es extraordinaria, tanto en las habitaciones como en el resto de estancias. La lencería (toallas y ropa de cama) de muy buena calidad. Estupendo tener aire acondicionado en la habitación. Todo el personal muy amable en todo momento y dando solución a nuestras consultas siempre con una sonrisa (pisos, recepción, buffet) El desayuno correcto. Un gran detalle hacer un guiño a la gastronomía portuguesa ofreciendo pasteles de nata. El parking cerrado y gratuito también es un plus a valorar. Me gustaría felicitar por la gestión del establecimiento y a todo el personal que lo hace posible. Se nota todo el trabajo que hay detrás para que los clientes nos sintamos así de bien. ¡Enhorabuena, equipazo!

Emplacement très proche de l’aéroport. Le parking est top les places sont très larges donc pratique pour décharger les valises. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Le petit point négatif c’est la douche et les toilettes qui sont séparés par des vitres transparentes donc niveau intimité pas top. La personne aux toilettes est visible du lit haha ! Le petit déjeuné est agréable mais pas non plus extraordinaire. Juste le nécessaire sans plus.

Sauberes modernes und günstiges Hotel in 10 Minuten Fußweg oder 3,5€ Uber Fahrt zum Flughafen Porto. Ganz bequem, um von dort abzufliegen. Was mir persönlich in dem Hotel gefehlt hat, waren zwei Dinge: 1) Toilettenbürste 😆 und 2) Wasserkocher, um Kaffee oder Tee zu trinken. Frühstücken konnten wir nicht, weil unser Abflug um 06:55 Uhr war. Daher Wasserkocher wäre perfekt.

The location of the Park Hotel is perfect, within an easy walk to the airport, which is ideal if you have an early morning flight to catch! The room was extremely clean and well furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was adequate, with a small selection of hot food, pastries and fresh fruit salad. My fruit salad serving was over ripe, although my husbands was fine, so perhaps I was just unlucky! Overall the hotel was perfectly fine and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again should I find myself in Porto again!
