Baymont by Wyndham Bonita Springs Naples North

I'm not a fan of check in via screen but it was okay. The breakfast was average.

I think our world is doomed The remote check-in with an operator located in India, is shameless Nothing wrong with the operators who were efficient and kind but I think this kind of check in marks the beginning of the end and it is ugly Also, the ac is super noisy and together the dehumidifier make sleeping impossible

都挺好的，衹是前台是面對機器遠程辦理，對於英語很差的人來説，溝通就有點困難，好在對方使用了翻譯軟件，馬馬虎虎地明白了相互的意思。

The room was clean and appropriate, except for the leak in the ceiling when it rained! Not just a drip, but real leak on the desk, plus one in the bathroom. It appears it has leaked for a while because the floor beneath was spongy, not dangerous, but clearly results of water. We were in room 209, second floor of three. Checkin with a person on a screen was a little weird, but the person on the large screen was helpful and friendly. In chatting with them, we established one was in Instanbul, Turkey! Strange. Request for extra towels, breakfast and other items were definitely satisfactory.

I've never gone out of my way to write a negative review about an hotel/rental I've stayed at, but this Baymont by Wyndham needs to be exposed a good bit. The virtual kiosk was a surprise to us but really not a big deal, at first. The person was clearly an outsourced/offshore worker, This individual working the "front desk" was surprisingly rude about trying to check in 15 minutes early after we had called him to confirm that it would be okay that we come a little bit earlier to see if our room was available, Almost like he couldn't believe we'd even ask. My local gas station has better options than their continental "breakfast" and the cleaning staff start swinging doors and cleaning rooms starting around 5am making it an early morning for anyone staying there. The pool was nothing other than a hole with water in it, Super basic, which to be fair, Is just a pool. No gym, No staff, Just cleaning ladies that double as a "24/7 Maintenance staff. To top it off, They cut access to our room at 10am by disabling both of our keys to the room when our checkout was clearly documented as 11am. Go spend $200 a night an an air bnb or a different hotel, Complete joke of a property.

Best parts while passing through Bonita Springs are this Wyndham Baymont, with easy access from I-75 and great network of roads down to Naples and up to Ft Meyers & beaches all around. This hotel is a fine, economic stop while traveling through or exploring the area.

The kiosk approach isn't desirable. I wasted a lot of time waiting in line to check out. The checkout process should be better explained.
