Very clean and comfortable, good location but no lift

房間很乾凈，地點也很好，但是沒有電梯，有長者或者腿腳不方便的人慎選，另外入住的時候都是用郵件的連結給的鎖密碼，互聯網的小白慎選。另外酒店的早餐在網上最好不定，可以自己到樓下或者樓下往前走一點點的走咖啡館去旋早餐付費，否則收費一個賓客要12歐元有點不划算，不如自己點。

酒店位置很好，就在旅遊熱點中心。但是，入住有點費勁，根本沒有前台，沒有人。衹能通過電郵，由對方發一個連結，網上填寫訊息後，通過連結操控樓道和房間開門。碰到網絡不好，溝通有誤（我打了電話，結果對方在輸入電子郵件時輸錯了一個字母，導致我始終收不到連結），最好下載一個 whatsup. 房間本身不錯，廚房設備齊全，鍋碗瓢盆、刀叉啥的都有，還有微波爐、小冰箱。另外有一個公共洗衣房。樓梯很窄，沒有電梯，帶大件行李有點費勁，有長者同行不推薦。

步行街上，門面窄，無前台，辦理入住需要手機網上辦理。無電梯，住四樓需要自己搬行李，房間裝修異味刺鼻。酒店知道問題但不予解決。這個評分哪裡來的？絕對不推薦！

We left on the 24th of August. No problem during our stay there. We had a normal staying (no parties, just the 2 of us) today, after 1 week “Bob” wrote us that we have to pay extra 175€ for a broken glass and extra cleaning. I assure we had a normal staying and left the room normal. It’s unbelievable and unbearable that such an extra cost would be charged on our credit card. We even asked for pictures of the “disaster” but they didn’t provide us any and I swear the room was left without any problem (not even broken glass🤷‍♀️)

It was easy to book, easy to find the hotel, easy to enter my appartment, during night it was quiet.

It was awesome. Everything was good - nice Appartement in the middle of Bonn and a perfect support from Bob during the whole stay. Th breakfast locations were super. Thank you Bob!

Bob W Beethoven was amazing from start to finish. A beautiful room right in the centre of Bonn with so much to see and do within a 10min walk radius. The room is super comfortable and well prepped. Everything you need to make a full family meal in the well equipped kitchen and comfortable enough with the sofa bed open. The team there is amazing and super friendly. Will definitely be back to visit.

I very much like the approach to concentrate on the things that bring value to the visitor, instead of people standing around at a reception desk. We once had a questions, and within minutes someone from the team knocked on our door. And there were all those little things in and around the room to make the stay comfortable that made us feel welcome. Very much recommend!

Just a perfect spot to stay. 10 minutes walk to train and right in the center of the "action." Not a lavish lobby or endless entertainment services....just a great, uber-clean spot! So comfortable.

Spent the week here during a work trip. It was well located and had appropriate amenities. The door way was not immediately noticeable but once you know where it is, it's perfect. Some local restaurant recommendations would have been nice.

Everything was amazing. I consider that the Apartments are real confortable and perfect placed. It was clean. I was in Bonn, and I had any problems, because the Apartment is in the middle of the city.
