森林裏的酒店，入住率不高，幾乎沒有服務可言，説個hello都很敷衍。給了一個邊角的房間，一邊還有很大的三角柱。給了停車ticket，最後還要收停車費20歐，也是沒搞明白。

Buchung konnte bedauerlicherweise nicht storniert werden, obwohl die Stornierung eine Stunde nach der Buchung in Auftrag gegeben wurde. Das Hotel selbst kann ich nicht bewerten, daher neutral und die negative Bewertung für den Service bezieht sich lediglich auf den "Veranstalter", der weder die Stornierung inklusive voller Kostenerstattung akzeptiert hat, noch mit einem Vergleichsangebot auf mich zugekommen ist, um den Verlust wenigstens teilweise zu kompensieren. Das kann von mir und auch firmenintern nur negativ gewertet werden. VG, Vincent Rozkov

Location: perfect near to city center Room : spacious and all things you need available nice bathroom but the airco is a shared one with other rooms and is loud and not able to cool the room . Is in general a problem with many hotels that the airco’s in older hotels can not cope with hotter summers. Pool: top Fitness: top Breakfast: many things excellent but to improve to really high level: use real oranges for juice. Increase the choices for bread. Baked eggs on one cooking point where people can choose what they want on top. This will move it to next level Restaurant: food was very good Bar: nice outside Service; staff always friendly and trying but the restaurant sometimes is understaffed so it takes a long time. Roller or steps: did not work for me not any of them and i know a lot about apps and it. Reception also could not help. Advice: i understand that repairs need to be done but do not repair with a lot of noise during breakfast time. Maybe this will help

The website information was incorrect. They don't have a pool and they don't have a gym. There are no amenities aside from the room and the breakfast buffet. It's a hard place to get to through public transit. It is not worth the price. Hotel looks old when you arrive. Not a good arrival experience

We booked this hotel as we were driving and wanted somewhere we could park easily with easy access to Bonn. The room was very comfortable, with very wide beds, and quiet. The wifi worked very well. We had breakfast, which was a wide variety although we had to wait ages for fried eggs to be cooked and there were few people staying at the time. We had to ask several times for them. We also had dinner there. The antipasti platter at 16.50 was delicious and the mushroom stroganoff at 14.90 was a good size portion and very delicious. The pumpkin soup at 9.50 was very tasty and the fillet steak at 39.50 was very good but rather pricey for outside Bonn especially as you pay extra for each vegetable.

Stayed in the Dorint Venusberg for a weekend. Location about 4 km by car from Bonn City Center. From the terrace there is a wonderful view to the city and the surrounding hills, nice location to relax after a busy day. A car is recommended, it is too far outside to walk into the city, I believe public transport is available. Easy check Inn and Check Out. The rooms were fine, nice bathroom, everything was clean. Minibar was empty in both rooms. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Would recommend this hotel for all travellers, even though it is a bit out of the center and you will need transport to get anywhere.

Not the easiest place to find, but nicely situated in a quiet location outside of the main city area, with plenty of parking space. Friendly welcome at reception and easy check-in. Room was large and very clean. A lovely shower with plenty of water pressure. There was no bar service the night we stayed, but it was possible to get a drink with dinner. Food was good, but service rather slow.... very long delay between first and main courses and prices rather on the high side. Skipped breakfast, as it's hard to imagine what can justify a charge of 24euro a head to partake. Overall a good stay though, with friendly service and a good night's sleep.

Nice hotel with a very good breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel is a plus too. But the fact that we had to wait more than 2 hours in order to access our room was a big no no. And, except a simple apology nothing was made to help us forget this incident or make our stay more comfortable. The cleaniness of the room, especially the bathroom was not done properly either. The bathtub was always brownish, never white and you could feel the dirt with your feet.

Tolle Lage am Venusberg. Sehr ruhig am Wald gelegen. Schöne Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Nette Angestellte. Tiefgarage prima, aber mit Aufpreis. Preise sind in Ordnung. Gutes Hotel zum Weiterempfehlen. Etwas weit zur Stadt.

Prachtig groot hotel in een natuurpark, waarin je zalig kan wandelen, echter zonder uitgestippelde routes. Het is er heel rustig en stilletjes. Aangename kamer, enkel spijtig dat je van de goodwill van de receptie afhangt ofdat je een kamer met of zonder balkon krijgt. Wij hadden dus tegenslag, onze kamer was op het derde verdiep, vlak onder een schuin dak. Gelukkig werkte de airco uitstekend. Comfortabel bed met een goed hoofdkussen, grote badkamer met een bad, waarop ook een scherm staat zodat je kunt douchen (toch een gevaarlijke situatie, er is geen antislip voorzien). Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, diner en wijn is beperkt in keuze en duur. Indien je op de dag van aankomst ter plaatse wil dineren, moet je zorgen dat je 's morgens al gereserveerd hebt. Spijtig dat er vooraan het hotel niet enkele banken staan om te kunnen genieten van het goede weer en de rust. Er staan enkel tafels en stoelen achteraan het hotel. Centrum van Bonn is 10 minuten rijden met de auto.

Doods hotel. Bar en wellness gesloten. Wellness zogezegd in renovatie maar als je er binnen wandelt, zie je dat alles leeg staat en al maanden-/jarenlang niet meer gebruikt werd. Ligt er volledig verwaarloosd bij. Zelfs de gebruikte handdoeken liggen massaal nog op de massagetafels. Kortom vuil rondom rond en alle elektriciteit in de wellness werd afgekoppeld. Het restaurant is zogezegd gerenommeerde keuken maar heeft meer weg van een brasserie. Wat geserveerd werd was wel lekker, maar er was geen keuze en als je vraagt naar champagne en/of kasteelwijn was deze totaal niet meer te verkrijgen. Personeel in het restaurant loopt te zuchten omdat ze moeten werken en kijken constant op hun horloge om te kijken wanneer ze mogen sluiten. Hotel is dus zeker geen 4 sterren waard en zal, mijn inziens, waarschijnlijk ook niet lang meer bestaan. Nee, voor ons geen Dorint meer. Is al 2de keer dat we in Dorint slecht varen. Ander Dorint hotel waar we geweest zijn, is ondertussen ook al gesloten. Jammer !
