For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

We had an amazing stay! The hotel offers everything, very clean and friendly. The location is excellent in the middle of Station 2 and station 3 where you want to be. The pool is amazing with a great bar pool. The breakfast buffet was worth it and we looked forward to it every morning. We would love to come back!

The staff at the hotel are very professional and friendly, the hotel beautiful and clean. Our room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast is good, there’s a variety to choose from and you get complimentary free drinks but the drinks are not nice 1/10🤣 The locals are friendly and funny, they also offer activities around the islands. Downside was the water- they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms, there’s a drink pitcher in the room and you have to get the water outside your room there’s a dispenser within the floor. The slippers are only offered once and they don’t bring new ones when they clean. There’s restaurants and clubs around The view of the island is in front of the hotel They offer beach towels which you can change for new sets anytime. We were picked and dropped off by the airport via bus shuttle and boat. The hotel reminds you about check out times and they call when it’s time to leave. We requested early checkin and we were granted one for 12:30 without any additional fees. Checkin time is at 3pm so that was very accommodating. Overall the experience was an 8/10. Beautiful environment, great food, amazing customer service, good looking rooms, not noisy! I’m very happy✨

We recently stayed at La Carmela de Boracay on a family vacation and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location is fantastic—situated right on Station 2, it’s convenient to explore the beachfront and nearby shops and restaurants. This made it easy to enjoy Boracay’s vibrant atmosphere. The service was commendable; staff members were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any requests, which added a warm touch to our stay. However, the cleanliness was just average. While our room was generally tidy, it felt like it could use a bit more attention to detail, especially in the bathroom and common areas. In terms of amenities, they were adequate but not outstanding. The pool area was a nice addition, although it tended to get crowded, and the overall facilities could benefit from a refresh. All in all, La Carmela de Boracay is a solid choice for families seeking a budget-friendly stay with a convenient location and friendly service. With some improvements in cleanliness and amenities, it could offer an even better experience.

Levantin is in Bulabog Beach known for the beautiful Boracay sunrise and of course the kite surfing and other water activities. Being lockdown and stranded in Boracay while Manila is in ECQ , having my ticket rebooked twice, I would have been so stressed but my solo trip has been an amazing experience thank you to Levantin Hotel. The management and staff made me feel that Levantin is my home away from home. Nothing to worry with being solo as they embrace me like family. The place is surrounded by a beautiful garden that gives you a tropical ambiance. My room , C2, has the perfect view of the garden and the beach. The room is spacious that i was able to request for a table where i can do my work. The restau bar gave me my everyday meals that is affordable and so delicious. We can also request the kitchen to cook for us the fresh catch of the day, from the fisherman goinh around Bulabog. The wifi /internet is so good I didnt need to use my Globe Prepaid wifi. The hotel gave a sense of comfort and security. Working from the Beach is best a Levantin. Highly recommended!

Located at station 1, quiet and peaceful area. Staffs are helpful. Great choices for their buffet breakfast. They gave complimentary drinks and chocolates. My kids enjoyed the pool as we got their room with pool access. Overall a great stay! Thank you!

Wow! We just had the most amazing time at Fairways and Bluewater Boracay! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and kindness, and this continued from all staff throughout our stay! The staff allowed us to check in early and upgraded our room to include a pool view. This place is truly a slice of paradise. The private beach was our own little haven - picture-perfect white sand and clear water, with various activities like snorkeling, crystal kayak, paddle boarding and horse riding. The pools in the resort are vast and beautiful and the hot tubs are awesome! The foam parties at the pool were an absolute blast! We danced, laughed, and made memories we'll cherish forever. The resort is about a 10 minute trike away from the main hub at white beach but it was easily accessible with the resorts shuttle serve or getting a trike at the main entrance. The shuttle service throughout the resort is quite efficient with very short waiting times. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The only thing I would change is the breakfast selection… although good, I do believe it could be better, and considering the amount of international guests, it should include more international options. Overall we truly loved our stay and cant wait to go back with our family!❤️

This is my 2nd night stay and I loved it! I experienced one of the best services in the hospitality industry in Movenpick. As a solo traveler, I feel very at home here. I stayed for 2 nights and would've stayed longer if my schedule permitted me. Ish, in the reception, greeted me warmly during check-in and I appreciated being asked how the trip was getting there. It felt genuine. all of the staff felt very approachable and is always willing to go a step further from every request I made. Their breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I've had so far. I've stayed at a few 5-star hotels around the Philippines and in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam but this was the best one so far. Each dish has been ”made with love” as they say. There is a great selection of beverages, pastries and dishes. The facilities are well kept and there is ample staff to attend to any need in any area around the resort. The room was spacious and the toiletries were very well thought of. When I arrived, it was clean, and felt very homey. I loved the peaceful morning walks along the private beach. I've mostly stayed in the main beach every time I go to Boracay but it can get crowded and busy even early in the morning so the privacy is a great selling point to this area especially for those who just want to lounge by the beach and feel the morning breeze. The only thing I feel needs to be improved is the drain in the shower in my room. It takes a while for it to drain so while showering, expect to soak your feet on the floor water. I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate. All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

Perfect place. My last paradise. Everything is perfect; foods, rooms, amenities, pools, beach, program, staff, weather, services and etc. Love it love it love it
