Everything was fine. The hotel is a bit dated but in a good location.

This is quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and the service is definitely not worth the price. The experience started badly at check-in, where we were bombarded with a long list of strict rules. We were told that eating and drinking in the room was forbidden, and that we would be charged for any damage or stains. The room itself was disgusting. It was dirty and had a strong musty smell. The sheets and towels were stained, the curtains were filthy and old, and there was visible mold on the bathroom curtain. To make matters worse, there were small cockroaches running on the walls. We immediately complained and asked to be moved, but it took them two days to relocate us to a different room. While the new room was a bit cleaner, everything was still old and stained. The bathroom was also very poorly designed. The showerhead is fixed to the wall with no hose, which makes it impossible to rinse the shower stall properly. The water pressure was weak, and in the evening, the water was barely warm. We also regretted paying for the breakfast. The buffet was very poor with small portions. It seemed like if you ordered the same items from the a la carte menu, the portions were much larger. My advice is to skip the breakfast and eat at one of the many cafes nearby. We didn't use the pool as it was too cold. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, as it is directly across from the beach. Unfortunately, that's not enough to make up for the dirty rooms, poor maintenance, and bad service. I would not recommend staying here.

The bathtub cant fill water properly, the drainage is not totally sealed, second the air-condition isn't good, its not cold.

Check in was fast. Staff and security were friendly. Great location in front of the beach. But the resort seems old and the floor in the room was sticky. 3 options of pool to relax in. Booked a deluxe room even though I was alone. Room was big. The towels were worn out though.

Well located hotel on the front of the beach..quiet, away from the hustle and bustle.

We were quite disappointed with our recent stay. The assigned room location was not satisfying and did not meet our expectations. We also noticed that basic amenities like rags were unavailable, and we were expecting a buffet breakfast as advertised/anticipated. We appreciate the staff’s effort, but we hope improvements can be made to provide a better guest experience in the future.

Convenient location, value for money, good amenities , free breakfast, but needs some little bit of renovation. Excellent staff, very accommodating and good services.. I would consider coming back in this hotel. Thanks Crown Regency Beach Resort for the good experience

Our stay here is one of the best. Great place near the center, very polite and great staff. There’s also a pool you can go for a night swim.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I stayed at a few hotels in Boracay and chose this one because it’s in Station 3, which is supposed to be quieter and right by the beach. In reality, it was far from quiet, there was construction noise starting from 8am and continuing throughout the day, including loud drilling. The beach area also wasn’t really usable since there were games being played directly in front of it. The pool is an option, but there’s no shade, so it’s easy to get sunburned. When I asked why I hadn’t been informed about the construction beforehand, the front desk staff was very rude. Additionally, my room didn’t have a window, something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing. I did end up receiving a refund from Trip.com but the hotel ignored them reaching out to resolve the issues. That said, if you’re only staying for a few days and plan to be out on tours most of the time, the hotel still is a good option.

Location was great and the hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and nice always helped with whatever needed. The only thing we dis not like was the breakfast. Too small, not enough. Everything else was amazing. Big thanks to the staff, all were great people.

Great location, but every morning I had to walk one or two stops to the beach. Cafe Maruja is nearby; it's Instagrammable but overpriced and the food isn't good.
