On paper this hotel should have everything , fantastic location and well established .
Staff apathy was something we experienced from the moment we checked in until the moment we left . We were given the wrong room type on check in so had to move in day 2 . Hot water was switched off on the Room and after 2 cold showers the switched it on . The gym you have to pay for .
Every few days they reset the room
Keys so that you can’t get in and need new keys . Internet also was reset.
They are not guest friendly , and when we wanted to bring guests to the pool restaurant for lunch disallowed us with security stepping in .
Overall so disappointing , there are so many small things that have happened In my 13 night stay , changes in staff attitude , regular maintenance , attention to detail and some proactiveness would get it on track. I would suggest it’s a 3 star with potential
