Hotel berhampiran Stesen Bot 2, Boracay Island

Went there for the Valentines day weekend. It was very enjoyable with friendly staff and the suite was clean and wonderful. Very quiet and within walking distance to White Beach and conveniently located near a 24 hour McDonalds and Subway which certainly came in handy when wanting to grab a quick bite to eat. They offered a complimentary free for one day breakfast voucher in their hotel, whuch was also very delicious. Its a bit of a ride to and from the ferry to get there but if you can get a package deal going to there and back certainly recommend it. Plan ahead with one of the local drivers so you have plenty of time to catch your plane as ours flew only once a day to and from Clark in Luzon. But very enjoyable, also wear a lot of sunscreen because its very easy to get sunburned in a short amount of time while having fun in the beautiful crystal clear water as we did. The air conditioning in the room was quite helpful and enjoyable esp after getting sunburned. Although the shower didn't have a door so expect the bathroom floor to get a bit wet easily. Plenty to watch on the cable television in the room as well, bed was a bit rickety sounding on one side but otherwise very comfortable. Easy access to the room with a keycard.

Positive: 1. Staffs are very kind and lovely. 2. The hotel itself is very elegant and comfortable. 3. Very near to the beach and the access is very safe. 4. Smoking area in the back door is very lovely and there are a lot of trees. 5. Water pressure is very strong equipped with hot water too but you won’t feel it like a nearby beach hotel because the water taste normally. 6. Free welcome drink. 7. Even though I not use it but the pool very clean and quite spacious. 8. The room is very clean, waxed and spacious with chair and small table outside the room with view to the garden. 9. There is a hospital in a walking distance and a lot of restaurants and pharmacies. Negative: 1. The road to the hotel quite rough and small. Luckily we came at dry season. So it’s not wet and muddy. 2. No restaurant at the property so no breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Convenient and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great house keeping. The hotel offers huge amounts of swimming and its bar in the middle of the pool. It will have good opportunities to have a variety of drinks while swimming. However, I found some lack of providing amenities. I have booked a room for 3 people but there were not enough amenities. I have to ask every time to provide them. Found some ants in the bathroom. There is too much of a crowd while having breakfast. Not enough space for movement. In some cases, there is no hot water while getting in the shower. It's been fixed later. I found the iron board was not in workable condition and it was very hard to use it.

This is by far my favorite Henann Hotel in Boracay. This was my second stay and it didn't disappoint. This is their newest hotel so you can expect the that the rooms, amenities, and facilities are quite new. I haven't tried the more premium Henann hotels like Crystal Sands and Prime, but I bet Henann Park would likely be at par with the two. + Very efficient check in and check out time -- you can ask for late checkout (subject to room availability and may incur additional charges if your extend longer) + By the main road so it's easy to commute, near fast food restaurants and stores. + Staff are accommodating + Free breakfast for 2 + Room upgrade fee was reasonable. I originally booked a deluxe room with no view/window but the front desk offered me to upgrade to a Premier room with pool view and balcony, the only down side is that the bed was downgraded from King size to 1 single and 1 queen bed; but hey, it's still a good deal. - Room slippers and bathrobes must be requested, I think these should be readily available in the room. - Pool is quite smaller than Regency/Garden, which can get easily crowded especially during peak seasons. - The path leading to the white beach is terrible. I think the hotels should coordinate with the LGU to have that fixed, especially the dark alley which you need a flashlight in order for you to traverse - I am not kidding, it's pitch black in there.

Kakitangan sangat ramah dan bertolak ansur. Mereka memberi saya naik taraf bilik percuma. Bilik sangat bersih dan sangat luas. Katil dan linen sangat selesa. Mereka menghantar sarapan pagi ke bilik saya. Terdapat juga telefon dan sangat selesa untuk menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu tentang permintaan. Tandas sangat bersih dan saya suka pancuran air panas dan air panas di singki. Saya hanya menghadapi satu masalah, bunyi dari penghawa dingin mereka. Saya tidak lena tidur selama 2 malam kerana aircond yang bising. Pada satu ketika, saya sangat takut kerana ia seolah-olah akan meletup kerana bunyi bising. Saya memberitahu kakitangan mengenainya dan mereka sangat berbesar hati untuk memindahkan saya ke bilik lain yang sangat saya hargai. Namun, bilik sebelah mempunyai model penghawa dingin yang sama jadi ia menjadi sangat bising seperti bilik pertama yang saya tinggal. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat menyukai bilik mereka yang besar dan bersih, serta kakitangan yang sangat mesra.

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

The whole experience was good. Greeted by Front Desk asking if for check in. With no other further engagement made upon our arrival, like how are you today? Since we are very tired 15hrs of transportation. I only remember she mentioned about cards if lost will charge us ph900. After we arrive at the room, we order in Room Service and the operator was not detailed with information. I still need to call again and ask for how many minutes our food will be delivered? She replied with 30min. But the food was delivered after 1 hour! F&B staff of Sapphire are pro active, approachable and always have a smile on their faces. HSKP staffs never miss to greet us with a positive attitude. Pool side Massage are the best. I had 4 days massage as I really enjoyed the good service. We stayed in Henann Crystal for a total of 5 nights and its really a perfect place to stay. And will surely comeback again. Near to D’Mall , other restaurants with beach view.

Hotel location is excellent because it's easy to find and has beach front. Our room for 4 adults were big and spacious enough. Hotel staffs were friendly and very accomodating. We also enjoyed their breakfast buffet. Babalik-balikan! 🤍Kudos! 👏

Плюсы: Отель находится недалеко от пляжа ,5 минут неспешно дороги. Поблизости есть ресторанчики и лавочки с продуктами. Постельное белье и полотенца странные, но с пятнами. В номере есть иелевизор и кондиционер,но шумный. Также было мыло,зубные щётки,паста и туалетная бумага. Минусы: Под окнами здание куда сводят мусор. До ночи этот мусор разбирали рабочие со звуками сжатия металлических банок,песнями и криками. А после ночью слушали драки кошек на этой же помойке. Также рядом стройка со всеми вытекающими последствиями. Выспаться не получилось. В номере сломан душ,отвалилась душевая лейка,пользовались отдельно шлангом и сломана крышка унитаза. В душе вроде помыто,но какие-то разводы по полу и стенам. Неприятно. Ощущения смешанные И главный вопрос ,что с завтраком???? В бронировании указано ,что включён завтрак, но в отеле про него никто ничего не знает. На ресепшене девушка машет руками и говорит no breakfast.

Cheap rate for a family of 5. Place is in good location in the middle of beach and the downtown. Staff are approachable. Room is nice, suggestion to have another water dispenser in every floor, WIFI connection medyo mahina and sana you have space for sampayan ng mga basa damit and also to have a direct contact number on the front desk. Recommended for a budgetary room accommodation. Thank you
