Stayed just one night here but we wished could have stayed longer. The room was very clean, huge and well-designed. Water heater worked great and the pressure was good. Service by reception was also wonderful, helping us with our bags, parking the car..getting us pliers. They really were awesome. Location is in a town so it is very convenient - supermarkets, food and pharmacy. Don't hesitate to stay here, it truly is worth it. Keep up the great work!

The service is satisfactory in all aspects, but it is a bit strange that they do not provide toothbrushes and combs. The rooms facing the road will be very noisy, so be sure to close the door. It is also very close to the mosque (not the store's fault).

A structure that can satisfy the needs of any person. Located in Trabzon in a location offering both lake and sea views and equipped with a restaurant, gym, hamam and massage room. The rooms are large and the bathroom has a bathtub. Professional and kind staff. Private parking. I highly recommend it.

A nice hotel with its location and cleanliness where you can stay safely with your family. We were especially pleased with the friendliness of the owner and staff who took care of us.

The hotel is actually in a small town on the border between Turkey and Georgia. The hotel is on a lively town street, but the door is not facing the lake. A river flows through the town. The room is very clean, the kitchen on the top floor of the hotel is always serviced, you can do it yourself or they can do it. The hotel has an elevator, but it's not on the first floor. The front desk of the hotel is on the second floor, fortunately, the hotel staff is very good, they carry my luggage up, and don't charge a tip. All in all, the hotel service attitude is very good. Worth the price.

What didn't you like? The bed is pressed against the wall on one side. This is not shown in the photo, which means this is a trick of the owners to show the interior better than it is. Well, as usual, the hair dryer either doesn’t work or turns off after a minute. This is a common occurrence in inexpensive hotels.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, just like home. The hotel is in a central location, it has a view of the city (Borçka), the only problem is that the elevator starts after climbing the two mezzanine floors, but the staff helped us with our luggage. The hotel may be far or close depending on the places you want to visit. If I come to Borcka again, I would like to stay here again.

It was perfect, everything may not be possible, but there are alternatives for our needs, two adults, a child and a 2-year-old child, and we are all happy :)

We chose Borcka as the center of our Black Sea trip this year, because we liked the Black Lake hotel. The basis of this appreciation was that we were looking for a place where 2 children and 2 adults could comfortably stay. First of all, you can think of the hotel as 1+1 apar**ents in an apar**ent. The interior of the room is quite spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, the bathroom is extremely useful, the room we stayed in had a double bed, a single bed and an L sofa set. They were all extremely comfortable. In short, I give the room 10 out of 10. The friends at the reception are extremely kind and polite, I give them 10. There is enough variety in calvalti. In addition, the location of the hotel is perfect, right at the entrance of Borckanin. Long story short, if you are going to stay with your family, I would say don't think twice and stay here. I would just like to give a warning to the management friends: If you pay attention to the number of people staying in the room when leaving towels in the room, it will be perfect👍

It is the most 'everything has been thought of' room I have ever stayed in the Black Sea region and it has rooms with a magnificent view. The owners and all employees have a warm and caring attitude, as if they were family. When I come again, even if I go somewhere far away, I will choose this place for accommodation👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The rooms were very clean and convenient. Breakfast was nice. I think it is the most suitable hotel to stay in Borcka. I would recommend.

It is not right next to the stream, it is in the center between the buildings on the left and right, and there is a long staircase at the entrance, then the reception, and then the elevator. The top floor is nice for breakfast, and the breakfast was good too. The rooms are not bad either
