Exceptional hotel - rooms, staff and location perfect we will definitely look to come back ! Super clean and stylish - we loved it. Only thing I would change was the cost of the breakfast which whilst lovely quality was very expensive per person for a small buffet and we ate elsewhere after the first morning as couldn’t justify it !

What a lovely hotel to stay in, it felt like home from the moment we stepped inside the door. I would consider the hotel to be luxurious, the interior design of the hotel is stunning. Bedrooms were modern, recently renovated and peaceful spaces to relax. Great location, 5 minutes to the old town and tram station. Bar area was spacious, comfortable with high end finishes, staff were superb and fluent in English. Lovely breakfast with great choice of fresh food. Cannot fault hotel and looking forward to staying in the Burdigala again.

A very nice hotel near the centre of Bordeaux with friendly capable staff. We were a family of four and could not eat in the restaurant as it was fully booked. However the concierge was able to get a table for us at a nearby restaurant where we had a delicious meal which was reasonably priced. I would have liked to see more choice of non gluten and non dairy products at breakfast time in line with other hotels at this level.

High class hotel with a stylish homely atmosphere. Friendly and efficient service. Perfect location in a quite peaceful area but still close to the old city center. Good breakfast and well equipped modern rooms.

Superb hotel, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel so very welcome. Every member of staff we encountered from arrival to departure could not have been more hospitable. The room and facilities were outstanding. We arrived quite late and didn't have a main restaurant reservation but were accommodated. The food and service were superb and we experienced similar the second night in the Bar. A first for us visiting Bordeaux whilst we house hunt around the Dordogne and will most certainly base ourselves again at Burdigala should the need arise. Thank you
