Clean and comfortable, very central but quiet. Old fashioned, but not out of date. A lift would have been nice

The hotel is right in the centre of Bordeaux, walking distance to almost everywhere! The staff are incredibly helpful, our room was small but clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. Very close to all the sights and cafes etc of Bordeaux.

Nothing fancy, just a good basic comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good. The only small negative was that the room was a bit stuffy, and the noise from outside meant that I couldn’t leave the window open at night. The fan provided was some help.

Perfect location wise, close 5-10 min walk to major monuments and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had our room cleaned daily. Only thing to mention is it was quite busy where we stayed and as there was no cooling, we left our windows open at night too cool the room down - so it was a bit louder than expected at night. Bed was comfortable. Basic older bathroom but did the job. Overall we had a great stay.

Perfect for a short stay in the city. Everything is in walking distance. Also a short walk, when you take the tram from the airport. The service is very helpful and charming.The rooms are clean, but small.With closed windows you cannot hear the noise from the street.

The hotel is located in a lively position close to the Tourist Office and the Theatre. It is an ideal base of exploring Bordeaux and an easy tram ride from the railway station. There are many restaurants, bars, and sites to explore close to the hotel. The breakfast at €9 was good value. All the hotel staff were friendly, polite an helpful. The only downside was that the street was a little noisy until the early hours.

Nice little hotel in downtown Bordeaux. It was basic, no high tech room cards, etc and no refrigerator in my room but still good for my needs. Breakfast in hotel was not hot: no eggs, ham, etc but still fine. I would stay there again.

The location is perfect but the room is small with small window (my room is at the top floor with no lift). The bed was made but the bathroom was disgusting! Red wine was splashed everywhere, wall, toilet bowl, toilet seat and cover, there were unknown black disgusting substance on the glass in the bathroom and all over the basin. It was IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO SEE but it was not cleaned! I was very hesitant to go to the bathroom on my own room. I was told that they will change my room but it never happened!

Stayed four nights on a single room. It was exactly what I needed, a cozy room with a comfortable bed. Everything was clean, and room service changed the towels every day. No AC, which may be uncomfortable on the hottest nights of the year. Location is amazing, within walking distance of most touristic places.
