Hotel is good and staff is overall good
breakfast serving in basement
only issue i found they didn't have fan in room

Washroom flush was not working. Tv screen size was small. Ac remote was not working. Slippers were not available in the room. Lot of noise from staff from outside the room door. Towels were worn out. No separate dining in area. Breakfast was served in a make shift event area with no separate sitting for customers. As per the cost per night this should not be the issues and experiences for the customer.

There is difference between room as previously i was booked that room is species and the current room is small however the rate and the room was selected same. Otherwise all the service's and food was good.

Hotel have good location near by metro station. All basic need like medical store, small shop. Best thing just below hotel aura resturent a affordable entry.

I stayed here for the first time with my family on two separate occasions during my trip to India, as I was traveling around other parts of India and after my first stay at the hotel, I chose book the same hotel for the 2nd time because the service was absolutely amazing, a specially the property was extremely clean, and the staff was very professional and polite, the food was very tasty we all loved it. Plus room size was really good. Thank you to the team and I hope you maintain the same service in the future and I look forward to book the same hotel on my next visit to Mumbai thank you.

My recent stay at the grandeur boutique hotel in mumbai was overall satisfactory, though not exceptional. The location of the hotel is quite convenient as it’s situated on the main road, but this also means it can get a bit noisy in the mornings. The air conditioning in the room was not up to the mark, which made it somewhat uncomfortable, especially given mumbai’s climate. However, other aspects of the room were decent. It was clean and well-maintained, meeting basic expectations for comfort. Breakfast timing was a bit of an inconvenience, as it ends quite early at 9:30 am. This felt a bit rushed, and extending the breakfast hours would be a significant improvement. One notable issue was the room service trolley, which was always parked outside my room ***** with storage items. This was not ideal and affected the overall ambiance. I did suggest this for improvement at the reception. In conclusion, while there are areas for improvement, particularly with the air conditioning and room service presentation, my stay at the grandeur boutique hotel was reasonably satisfactory.

Location is central wrt boriwali west. Metro market hospital restaurant gorai beach are all walking distance. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very cooperative humble and friendly. Room service is excellent they have in house restaurant and bar and the food is yummy
