Lobi Hotel cantik! Kakitangan meja depan sangat mengagumkan. Kami ”menaik taraf” kepada Suite King. Seluruh ”tingkat satu” (satu tingkat di atas lobi) sangat gelap. Bilik itu besar tetapi tidak bersih. Karpet di dalam dewan dan di dalam bilik itu kotor. Katilnya selesa. Bilik mandi tidak bersih dan tiada sabun. Saya terpaksa mencari pembantu rumah untuk meminta sabun, syampu dll. Saya rasa kerana kami menempah melalui vendor pihak ketiga, mereka memberikan anda bilik yang paling teruk. Mengingatkan saya tentang filem titanic - kami berada di kawasan steerage hotel atau yang tertua - mungkin bahagian berhantu di hotel. Yang berkata, Lokasi yang menakjubkan!! Saya pasti akan menempah di sini lagi!

From the beautiful smell in the lobby to the box of handmade chocolates on my pillow, the MO really knows how to treat its guests. I was stunned to have an iphone charger delivered to my room at 5.30 am by a robot! Couldn't believe my eyes, very cute and funny. Upon leaving for an early flight, hot coffee and fresh muffins in the lobby, a very upmarket grab and go! Truly amazing stay, cant say enough

It's an 8/10 level four seasons. The doormen were very nice and welcoming, check-in was fast and they gave all the necessary info about this hotel. The room was not prepared as requested but this got fixed soon after we enjoyed dinner outside. The breakfast was amazing, lobster scrambled eggs and bakery were all very tasty. The swimming pool is large enough, without kids. But the water circulating system was not well-designed, so you might feel the cold and warm alternatively. The lounge at the lobby level was used to serve afternoon tea and happy hours. By the time we were there, it was a noisy party. Luckily, the floor was high enough, so I never felt bothered. The location of this hotel is very close to the prudential center, as well as Newbury Street. It's easy to get everywhere in Boston. Before the reopening of Fourseasons Boston, One Dalton would still be the ideal place to stay in the city. Chantal, if spelled correctly, is the warmest and best waitress. Thanks for your service.

波士頓老牌五星酒店？在波士頓最熱鬧方便的位置了，逛街吃飯去公園發獃也都衹有幾步路程就到了。房間很小，但設施都很新，應該是重新裝修過的。服務也很好呀，保潔是個中國阿姨，我們碰到了還聊了會天哈哈哈。酒店前台強烈推薦了酒店裡的意大利餐廳，一直跟我講amazing，說是波士頓最好的意大利餐廳。可惜我太累了，完全不想搞dress code然後端坐在餐廳吃兩個小時的飯...遺憾啦，下次有機會補上啦

Had the pleasure of staying here superbowl weekend. Location is fantastic and the amentities were fabulous. There is a steam room and a sauna along with a hot tub and pool that overlook the park. Each member of staff was extremely kind and willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel important. I loved going to the coffee shop each morning and the baristas were cheerful and pleasant to interact with. Room was super clean and cozy. Bed was a dream. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I would do it in a heartbeat.

小suite 房間還是挺大的。Lounge 三餐都提供，晚上Dessert 巧克力Tata 很贊，服務都不錯。酒店門口沒有Taxi，得用Uber。健身房和樓下三樓的Equinox 共享。健身房門口有個 Press In Clean 洗衣店隔天可以拿衣服。唯一Wi-Fi 鏈接有問題，雖然試試了二天和後台溝通。

4.5 stars for the hotel! Location: Back Bay, close to Newbury Street, close to Prudential Center. Bus stop to Logan Airport just outside the adjacent shopping mall. Three minute walk to front desk. Check In: fast and friendly Room: 22nd floor, nice view, large, nice beds, clean. Housekeeping: on my last day we had two towels in the bathroom that had been washed, smelled fresh but still had large dirt stains (hair dye?). I informed the front desk upon check out and they apologised. If not for the towels I would have given 5 stars. 3 stars for breakfast: Restaurant and coffee shop: just ok. Polite service, willing to accomodate dietary needs (no gluten) but not executing it well. Very friendly host (from Barbados) but rest of staff need to be re-trained.

Good value for the location. The gym is quite tight. The front desk service (after a couple of stays) is wildly uneven. The good news is that at least one crew is really good: attentive, courteous, good communicators. The downside is at least two of the other crews are not so much in my experience of using their service and observing it.

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Hanya beberapa minit untuk berjalan ke Back Bay dan 10 minit ke Central Park. Tidak sampai setengah jam untuk berjalan ke Sungai Charles untuk menyeberangi jambatan dan ke MIT di tebing Cambridge yang bertentangan, dan berjalan lebih dari sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki ke Chinatown. Setengah jam berjalan kaki ke Museum of Fine Arts, Northeastern University, Quincy Market juga berjarak setengah jam. The staff were very helpful and they upgraded us to a lovely spacious room with a fabulous view! The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Pacific Mall, the museums, Newbury St.and many restaurants around. The Lucy Bar and Restaurant inside the hotel is excellent and the food was great! I recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay there again.

We love everything about this hotel! It’s in a great location, close to reasonable garages for parking, and The Trophy Room has great food and drinks and wonderful bartenders. Highly recommend!
