I would love to have nothing bad to say..but the staff is extremely rude..when I spoke with them they made me feel like I was annoying or disturbing them. Also I reserved to be able to check in from midnight to 6am and they wouldn't allow me check in till noon..(and they explained that I shld have to pay an early check in, but they weren't going to) I felt like they were pretending to give me a deal when in reality I've checked in a 12 or earlier there before and i never was charged. Also a 3pm check out and they were going to waive h That $50 fee but... This morning I received a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CALL from the front desk. Her- The woman said and I QUOTE ” um hello, umm..who are you? How did you get on that room? And alot more umms. She was super confused and very nasty. She stated she was going to charge me for another day because it was now 3pm.. Me- I told her, no ma'am I spoke with someone last night and we made this arrangement. Her- who did you speak with Me-i dont know who checked me in Her- yea well if you not out in the next 10 min. I will be charging you if you go over 10 min. Me-Ok (I was totally confused by her confusion) and said, ok give me a few mins. Her- click..she just hung up on me because apparently she was done with what she had to say. When I checked out they 3 at the front desk were also unprofessional. The worst one was the lady who actually checked me out..her demeanor was exactly how explained, I was bothering her. She also picked the phone and called someone else in the building and was speaking to someone in Spanish about me and little does she know I'm Irish\Mexican and could understand her talking..she was speaking about me and she. Stated I should pay the late fee of $50..to who ever she was talking to. She was a so unprofessional. Then this morning at breakfast the food was cold and several drinks were not available. Also they put the cereal out but didn't have milk. Other then that the food was decent and the spread was great. Our room was nice but it smelled of cigarette smoke. Other then that. I would stay again though only because it is the most convenient one ..location location location

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Hanya beberapa minit untuk berjalan ke Back Bay dan 10 minit ke Central Park. Tidak sampai setengah jam untuk berjalan ke Sungai Charles untuk menyeberangi jambatan dan ke MIT di tebing Cambridge yang bertentangan, dan berjalan lebih dari sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki ke Chinatown. Setengah jam berjalan kaki ke Museum of Fine Arts, Northeastern University, Quincy Market juga berjarak setengah jam. Bagaimanapun, anda boleh berjalan di mana sahaja anda memilih untuk tinggal di sini. Tingkat bawah hotel adalah makanan barat yang enak. Semasa anda keluar, belok kanan, berjalan sedikit dan kemudian belok kiri. Terdapat restoran pizza yang sangat bagus dan banyak restoran barat yang sangat bagus. Biliknya agak kecil, dan lokasinya terlalu bagus untuk terlalu mewah. Pendek kata, ia lebih baik daripada yang dijangkakan. Harga ini semestinya sangat menjimatkan di pusat bandar Boston.

Location of the hotel couldn’t be beat! It was within walking distance to almost every highlight of Boston. Typically we pick a place to stay with free breakfast but there weren’t many to choose from for the location we wanted. Our room didn’t have a view but that’s to be expected in a downtown area. Also would’ve been nice to have a hot tub or something to sit in at the end of the night. Only random complaint I have was actually the size of the bathroom. This might be a weird thing to complain about but I think because the bathroom was so large and didn’t seem to be heated well and when I did try to take a bath (yes I bathe in hotel bathtubs) it got cold very quickly. I was disappointed they don’t have all ADA accommodations. The captioning didn’t work for half of the television shows, there were no flashing lights or doorbell for my husband who is deaf. I understand the building is old but it seemed like some of those things probably could be added. We didn’t interact with the staff much. We kept our privacy door hanger at the whole time so I can’t anything about housekeeping except the room was clean when we arrived. Overall the stay was good for the cost. And we would definitely pick this hotel again simply for the location.

Nice large hotel in a fairly central location. Easy to get to the Interstate, downtown and Logan airport. When we first arrived we thought the neighbourhood was sketchy but actually it was fine. We walked to the T station in 10 mins, and Cambirdgeside mall in about 12 mins with no issues. There is car parking on site which was fine, quite expensive though. The rooms themselves were clean, very spacious actually and quite modern. Our bathroom was huge, I don't know if that was unique to us, but very nice. Staff were extremely friendly and we had no issues during our stay. The breakfast was tasty with a lot of options. There was a pancake making machine which I hadn't seen before which was a pleasant surprise. The dining area itself was a little cramped though. Overall a good place to stay in Boston, fairly well priced compared to other establishments.

非常滿意，房間很大，廚房，客廳與卧室之間有門分離。像一居室的房子，廚房設施齊備，早餐好吃，服務人員都很盡職。酒店位於一個園區內，附近酒店林立，比鄰很多高科技公司。超市中，market basket離得最近，最好逛。幾公裡外有trade Joe和cvs，也有Costco的會員店。非常安靜，和波士頓的氣質很相似。很願意再次入住。衞生好，度過了非常愉快的時光。

Terdapat hanya seorang kakitangan perkhidmatan pelanggan di lobi hotel, tanpa ekspresi dan perlahan. Terdapat kesan darah pada selimut di dalam bilik, penghawa dingin tidak ditapis dengan baik, dan habuk menyebabkan bersin. Apabila saya pergi untuk mendaftar keluar pada waktu pagi, saya memberitahu pelanggan bahawa ia adalah sama malam tadi dan mengatakan bilik itu kotor. Dia berkata baik, tetapi saya berkata ia tidak baik. Sebab bilik awak kotor. Dia berkata bahawa dia boleh mengadu kepada pengurus. Ini adalah akhir kad nama, dan layak untuk Marriott Hotel, mustahil untuk hidup di masa depan. Pengurus dipanggil Jeiling dan penyambut tetamu dipanggil Josefina. I booked the Kimpton Nine Zero hotel and apparently it was bought out about 10 days ago with no notice from Trip.com; but the staff are apparently the same during the transition so it was a bit insane that I pre-paid this stay on Ctrip and was immediately charged the full amount AGAIN of my stay at pre-check-in (not even room ready yet check-in) then charged the ENTIRE STAY again at 6pm on day of check-out even though I checked out at 7am that day and was reassured yet again all my charges would ”fall off” and I would NOT be charged again. So this stay ended up costing me $1500 frozen in my account at one point for a $425 stay that was prepaid. The front office could definitely use some improvements as most people don't have an extra $1000 lying around to have frozen for no reason :(

Lovely boutique hotel down on the Boston waterfront across from the Aquarium stop. Very convenient location and friendly check-in. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. I only gave it a four since the heat didn't seem to work well despite setting thermostat to high and I brought it to the attention of the front desk when I checked out. I enjoyed my stay despite the cool room in mid-winter.

For $600 a night, a warm shower is not an unreasonable request. After spending a long day in the car, all I wanted was to relax. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in our room. Hotel made excuses that they knew the hot water was out, but didn't know which rooms were affected (so maybe give us a heads up about the cold water before you give me the room card, so I can let you know before I get in the shower) Manager tried everything to avoid giving compensation for the inconvenience of not providing a basic requirement of a hotel room. Finally, took off $100 off the bill, but acted like that was unreasonable. Seriously.

The hotel is in a good location close to shops and restaurants in walkable distance. The room was spacious. Air conditioning worked well. The only thing didn’t work properly was the USB ports that charged phone whole night but not fully charged. Most Staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it’s a good short stay in Boston.
