We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms through Trip.com and fully paid in advance, yet after our stay, the hotel charged our credit cards again for the room fees, taxes, and other charges. On top of that, we had only one car parked, but the hotel wrongly charged parking fees twice under both rooms. Despite repeated follow-ups since October, it’s now December and the refund issue is still unresolved. The lack of accountability and slow response from the hotel are unacceptable, especially for a so-called five-star property. We expected much better service and professionalism.

The hotel's management is terrible. Guests' belongings are stolen and no one cares. Despite multiple complaints, the hotel ignores them. The experience was awful, and I felt unsafe.

Chinese people should never come here. I am a person who does not comment. I stay here without saying anything. It is terrible. It does not match the price.

Considering the price of the hotel, I am not satisfied with my stay. The room I got was in the old part where there was a lot of noise. On the first night, a DJ who played in the lobby from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. didn't let me sleep well. The rooms in the old part of the hotel are dark and not pleasant to stay in. When choosing a hotel, I was guided by the photos on the website, but they show a new part of the building - I feel like I was misled.

Not bad, booked twice

As soon as you enter the hotel, it is like a nightclub. Many people are drinking together. The breakfast is very bad. The hotel includes only two breakfast options for 58 US dollars, and the portion is very small. In short, the hotel costing more than 600 US dollars per night is not cost-effective. , it is strongly not recommended to live in this hotel
