Thanks for your generous hospitality…delayed my check-out time without any hesitations,brought me ten bottles of SARATOGA to me,and also sent my delivery food to me twice～Langham Boston尊的不错,房间不大但是麻雀俱全,它们配的水水是中美元首会晤时专用的,隔音确实不太好,主要是它的房门比较单薄,可是服务是有求必应的!

Facilities: Overall, it felt very cozy. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent. Very low value for money hotel. The room is too small. Nice swimming pool. No service. Something collapsed when I entered the room. The front desk changed me to another room. The hygiene is fine. The brand of toiletries is reasonable for the price.

We stayed two nights and were given a top-floor room with the entire hotel's air conditioning fans mounted on the ceiling; the fans were incredibly loud, like being in a server room. Late at night, after contacting the front desk, we were given a different room; what a hassle! I don't understand why, if there were other rooms available, they would assign such a room to guests with children? It was extremely unfriendly.

This is the first time I need to use a luggage cart to carry my luggage to a hotel! But to be honest, the bedding in the room is very clean!

The room was very nice

I decided to come to Boston for three days on short notice. I didn't want to rent a car, so I had to consider a hotel with a very good location. I considered Langham, Mandarin Oriental, and the Hilton at the airport entrance. I finally chose Langham because Mandarin Oriental was full. Service: I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, the waiter took my luggage, and the check-in was smooth. The front desk was very friendly. Hygiene: It was clean and hygienic like a five-star hotel, and the restaurant was also very clean. Environment: The location is in the commercial district, there will be many people on business trips, and there will be many people in and out of the hotel during the day. Facilities: The gym and swimming pool are both indoors, with windows, and very bright. I had breakfast at Grana in the hotel on the first morning, and the quality was very good. The hotel's drinks were also amazing, but the dinner and room service later were much worse. It is probably because the hotel was unusually busy this week and the kitchen was overwhelmed. I told the front desk about my dissatisfaction when I left the hotel, and they handled the problem very actively.

The room is comfortable and warm. The hotel's decoration is nostalgic and elegant. The dark blue bottled water delivered every day is very stylish. On the last day, it was changed to pink boxed water, which is very elegant. The white slippers are made of silky and soft material. The details improve the taste of the hotel. My daughter and I Spent a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday here and loved the Langham Boston.
