Il n'y avait aucune eau chaude pour la durée de notre séjour et aucun suivi pour un crédit ou autre n'a été fait par un membre de l'hôtel encore même 2 jours plus tard...je vais rappeler aujourd'hui, car les dames de la réception n'était même pas capable de nous rassurer à ce sujet.Une d'elle a même dit que ça fesait 3 jours que l'eau chaude était présente par intermittence mis là plus rien. Et aucun avis à notre arrivée. Avoir su j'aurais été ailleurs, car j'y étais pour le travail En arrivant pour le déjeuner, il y a avait une équipe sportive d'enfants avec leurs parents à mon arrivée le buffet était dans un été lamentable et il n'y avait quasiment plus rien à manger. Malheureusement je ne pouvais y aller plus tard,car je devais partir travailler. Le sol de l'entrée de la piscine était rempli de cheveux et de saleté. Bref aucun point positif sur mon séjour.

Deuxième fois a cette hôtel Le déjeuner très bon. Chambre confortable.. Seule petit bemole l odeur dans l assenceur mais sinon tout est parfait

We had no problem with our two night stay: It was OK. But we had to cut our trip short due to an injury. However, trying to get any action from the staff about changing our reservation was impossible. Repeated communications were all ignored. No inclination by management to honour commitments made by staff. Very frustrating.

The hotel was great and the room was clean, would definitely book here again. The hot breakfast was nothing great but we only popped down for a few minutes so weren't bothered by the lack of selection/quality.

Nice property, seems like it was older, but has some new renovations. Room and beds were pretty standard, but everything was clean overall. Only issue was the AC unit was disconnected for the winter, so no fan or anything like that. The room’s do have heaters. Breakfast offered a wide selection so was happy with that.

Everything is great about the hotel except that our room wasn’t available at check in. We wait till around 4:30pm to have our room.

Upon check-in staff gave us the wrong time for breakfast and checkout. The room on the 3rd floor was really hot despite the thermostat being on 0. The part of the window opens a tiny bit was, the AC was shut off by the hotel, despite listing as it being available. We called, no one came, after 15 min went to informed front desk who initially argued with us and said the hotel shuts down all AC and the rooms heating system is controlled by the hotel. It seems like a cheapskate hotel. Breakfast was a mess. Understaffed, undersupplied and unprepared. kept running out of things daily, no eggs, or boiled eggs, oranges, bread, muffins etc, they would run out of things an hour before breakfast was done. Not enough seating places. One day we lined up for breakfast, we hoped it means everything is in order, waited an hour and most things were still missing. Mattress terrible,caving in , in multiple places , even close to the edges. Linens and blanket are good. Toiletries are bar of soap and watery shampoo and are terrible. No body lotion, conditioner, only 1 tea bag in the room. When you go to ask for more the front desk told us we should have some. Toilet paper is like sand paper. They charge 2$ for a coffee capsule in the lobby that you make yourself. Pool was a tad dirty but good temperature. Sauna is good. Hot tub is great size and temperature but seems too many chemicals as your eyes start to burn while sitting there. Many mentioned it while we were there.

It was really good stay. I really recommend this place. Staff is really good and helpful even through thee speaks mostly French. Only one suggestion about their breakfast room. It is small compared to no of rooms in hotel so, it becomes crowded when more guests are there but, staff was really managing very well.
