Had a good welcoming. Front desk employees work fast and professionally. My room was on the 7th floor and I had a nice city view. Rooms are clean and all the necessary amenities are provided. Unfortunately there was no available time in the spa in the morning.

Ultimate holiday destination at Dorset, SW England, with sun, beach, sea and pool (and lots of bubbles), friendly staff, vacation mood and good nibbles. Always busy always happening :)

Location is uphill, just 7 minutes walk to the beach with lots of restaurants to choose from. Few things even though which said were included in the room were not there (hair dryer, bags in bins, sufficient tea/coffee sachets), may be you have to ask for them at reception, which if you have to do so for basic things, it is not as per the Hampton by Hilton standards (I have stayed at other branches in different cities). Breakfast was decent, loved the Juices and Danish swirls.

Fantastic location of a once former Grand 5* hotel in Bournemouth! Needed single room last minute. Now they boast having cheapest ensuite rooms with baths in town. Anything romantic, maybe search elsewhere 🤷🏼♂️ For price, great value and amenities! Leisure pool if you don’t fancy or risk swimming/ bathing in the sea! Security guard in reception is worrying reflection of todays clientele! Pity the hen and stag weekenders will not save this place !
