Hotel Butik Nanjing

This hotel’s location is really good. It is located right next to a major shopping mall with lots of good restaurants and stores. It’s located within walking distance from Xuanwu Gate 玄武门 and Xuanwu Lake 玄武湖. It’s right next to a subway that provides easy access to other parts of Nanjing like the Nanjing Museum 南京博物院 or the Confucian Temple area 夫子庙. The rooms were clean and everything in it felt high quality. The view of Nanjing from my room was beautiful. Although the hotel staff are very friendly, I marked the service and amenities as 4/5 for a few reasons. First, laundry is relatively expensive whereas at Atour 亚朵 it’s free. If i remember correctly, they wanted me to pay 35 or so rmb per article of clothing. Secondly, the hotel allows delivery of takeout but they do not send it to your room like they do at Atour 亚朵. You have to go to the lobby and pick it up yourself. These are the only two things that stop me from giving all 5/5s. Other than that, I loved this hotel especially for its location and comfortable rooms. If you dont care about doing laundry or having takeout ordered directly to your room, then those two criticisms are relatively minor things. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel regardless.

Receptionist are nice and kind, they try to help or answer questions. Room is big enough for 1-2 persons Cleanness is the issue here, first I got the room with full of hair on the floor and they gave my new room. But still hair on the floor but less than the first one. Breakfast is good, I’m satisfied.

Very clean, the location is very convenient it’s close to the Deji plaza mall, a lot of restaurants, there is startbucks on the hotel. Very reliable for transportation and easy to get by. The stuff is amazing and they were very helpful. Everything was provided for. I definitely recommend this hotel.

For travelers seeking a reliable, clean, and well-located hotel without breaking the bank, GreenTree Eastern Hotel is an excellent choice. It delivers all the essentials for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price point.

The location neat the lake is great and also a Metro station is not far. The room's are completely smart. everything is controlled via an Ipad. That was a cool experience. The bad service rating is due o the bad room service that barely cleaned anything. But more negative was our experince at the reception. They became hyper cautious and nevous when they saw foreigners. They scaned our passports and took the obligatory pictures arround 10 times. That was pretty nervewrecking especially as the wanted us to endure this procedure everyday.

It's the same as it was ten years ago, you know。 New as ever。 There are still plenty of meetings and crowds. But I still like it This is Nanjing

Bath tub was awesome and bedding was super comfy. Also, hotel staff went another mile in preparing cake, fruits, chocolate and a little gift as it was my birthday. Breakfast was comprehensive and the scrambled eggs were exceptionally good. Waking distance to a new high end mall that opened only a few days ago and super close to the metro line 2 and 10.

While location is good, the rooms are set up like a maze with only one access points to the main lobby. So while I can see the streets from my room I could not go down to the street via staircase as the access of which are closed. So to access out of the hotel into the street one had to walk along a long hotel corridor from one end to another crossing two street… management should consider having more access points internally for convenience and safety of room guest. The room decor is excellent but I wished the lighting could be better at the wash basin area.

This experience in Nanjing South Railway Station Atour Hotel was top-level!I was traveling in Suzhou with my family. The old man in my family accidentally fell in the bathroom. There was no response at that time. In the afternoon, we came to Nanjing again. When we went out the next day, the old man felt a little uncomfortable, so we returned to the hotel. In the afternoon, we lay in bed and couldn't move. Because we came to China to travel, we called the front desk to look for it. Ask for help. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us call the ambulance. When the ambulance arrived, she also helped the doctor to send my mother to the ambulance and asked if we needed to be accompanied by staff. However, due to the limited seats in the ambulance, the little girl took the initiative to add our WeChat so that we could contact her when we needed! The little girl at the front desk took the trouble to help us contact the ambulance and the Chinese embassy for three consecutive days!
