The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king sized bed and has its own access to the back deck. The inside of the house has Oak Trim everywhere, is soundproof and has a solarium facing south.This Estate is Sea Ranch style with high ceiling and many skylights to view the dense surrounding redwoods. The main floor has 5 bedrooms. The city will allow 10 adult guests to sleep overnight and no more than 5 day time guests. It is decorated with Midcentury modern furniture and displays many images and maps from the surrounding areas. The spacious 3 level deck has plush sofas, a hammock, chairs and two dining tables. It has 5 bedrooms, 8 beds and 4 bathrooms on the main floor of the house. It has a large hot tub in the garden for 6, a fire pit for 10, and gas burning range.
