the staff are friendly💕 best services…. convenient location …. spacious rooms … the pool so clean 😍 gym equipped 💪🏼 the breakfast sheeesh delicious i really enjoyed my stay to the very last day the hotel so clean too the hotel service was on point as well

Too bad we can’t give negative stars. Checked in and was not only given the wrong room type but was given a room that didn’t lock. Was told they didn’t have to give the room booked and all of the rooms we had booked were occupied….. second room they gave us was full of visible mould. Went to the front desks again and was told they had nothing else to offer…. Called the reservation line and they confirmed there were plenty of rooms just not the deluxe rooms we had payed for. It was now 11pm and we needed to get our kids to bed. We had to settle on a small room for the night. The lady at the desk was rude and told us to take it or leave it. Unfortunately it was full of hidden mould as we were then up at 4 am with our son having asthma attacks. By 630 am we were outside in an attempt to help him breathe. The lady at the desk was helpful and got us into the room we had booked for the second night so we didn’t lose our money as we couldn’t have our son in the toxic room anymore. She even sent the cleaning people up to give it a proper clean. Unfortunately the walls in that room were so thin we had to listen to the next door neighbours having the night of their lives for hours….. save your family the hassle and toxic levels of mould and stay somewhere else. Days inn you should be ashamed to have your name on this disgusting hotel.

I have stayed at other Motel 6 locations in the GTA and had pleasant experiences, but this Brampton location was just horrible. I would give this location zero stars if it was possible. I'm still here at the moment, just about to check out, but I couldn't wait to write how bad this place is. All the things wrong with the room first (room 340): - REEKS OF CIGARETTES, even though this is a non smoking room - a few light fixtures do not work - remote control missing back piece, exposing batteries - bed and pillows are a joke, so uncomfortable - toilet seat has weird stains on it - room is very tiny, not worth the full amount of a regular room Major reasons why I will never return: The WHOLE motel smells like cigarettes. I called front desk to ask if the smoke alarms are wall decorations because clearly they do not work if there a constant smell of cigarettes and ****. Everytime someone would light up, the smell would come into our room through the vents. I have asthma and it was very uncomfortable smelling that stuff all night. The front desks response is ”we are non smoking but we cant stop people so oh well.” If you are someone who likes to smoke, then I would definitely recommend this place because they welcome it. Lastly, there were some very inconsiderate people running through the halls, laughing and yelling all night long, preventing us from getting any sleep. I called front desk again and they claimed they will send security which of course did not happen because the noise happened from 2am to 8am. Imagine our night with that headache. Overall, I will never return to this ashtray filled with non caring employees. Stay away!

The room was very clean. A few minor repairs were needed. The floor lamp had a broken switch which meant the only way to turn it on and off was to unplug it. The outside shower door handle was off and sitting in corner of the bathroom. These I could deal with. However when I went down to breakfast there was nothing there except for some bagels and a few muffins. There were also cheerios. You could have coffee, but if you don't drink coffee which I do not you were out of luck. When I questioned the staff I was told they were supposed to receive breakfast supplies yesterday but they did not arrive. The warming trays were empty except for a handful of tired hash browns. I was told that was left over from the day before when they had bacon, sausages, and eggs. There was nothing today, This also made me wonder about the milk for the cerial. Had it been left out since yesterday? I was not willing to risk it. The cooler was empty, with no juice or yogurt. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the breakfast. This hotel is in a metropolitan area so there was no excuse not to have someone pick up breakfast supplies. Instead, the management chose to let paying customers to go without. I felt bad for the staff who were left to deal with the fallout.

Good location from YYZ Airport with not too expensive however, good for someone who drive a car.

Stayed 3 nights here while attending the Women's World Hockey Championships. Really close to the CAA centre. The parking lot needs some attention, lots of big potholes. Staff were really friendly at check-in. They have a decent little selection of microwavable food that you can buy in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and rooms were relatively quiet. One night there was a baby that was doing some serious crying and we could hear that in the middle of the night, but otherwise it was quiet. We used the gym every day. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. TV channels didn't always work. For 2 days, the channels said they were searching for a signal and only the kids channels were working.
