Hotel Danzhou dengan Sarapan

Great hotel and we rented a small villa in Italian style with a nice private yard behind with a hot water pool/tub which you could operate yourself. The villa was spacious with lots of room for a couple and as we are from the Nordics , we specifically liked the sauna ( one dry and one wet) and the spacious bathroom and relax part with another large bathtub. The service was impressive from the staff which communicated with through WeChat, very convenient, and they responded very accurate to our needs. The service with the foot massage coming to your room was another plus. The impressive garden with many hot spring tubs , swimming pool and icecream and dinks service was amazing. Unfortunately, they don’t really market this and you need to access behind the reception, very “secret”. We will definitely return for a relaxing time.

Had a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc. Some suggestions: - Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool. - For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests. - I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

As I arrived on the floor, a construction dryer had been set up and had been in operation for several hours. There must be a moisture problem in the hotel. There was a slight musty smell in the room and several walls were or are infested with mold (see photos). The room was quiet. Breakfast is provided in a snack bar/restaurant next door.

酒店挺人性化，大堂提供了免費茶水，咖啡，小零食，還有日用的小物品，價格這麼優惠，還提供兩份免費早餐，還提供了免費的洗機，雖然房價優惠，但是房間挺乾淨，床墊軟硬適中，特好入睡，而且我們是晚上入住的，還可以，晚上再退房，現在天氣熱了，也不用擔心2:00被催退挺好的一家酒店

服務和設施都非常好，服務人員也很熱情，還能免費幫忙洗衣服，更主要的是，洗完還會幫你烘乾送到房間，簡直是商務出差不二選擇啊距離球場也近，很方便

設施：酒店已經有點年限了，確實設施老舊 衞生：看了附近的酒店這家看起來算乾淨，有的房間有煙味未散去前台也很快速給換了房間並升級 環境：酒店門口就有充電樁，價格也便宜，對於自駕游出行的遊客來説很方便 服務：前台溝通順暢，處理事情快速，井井有條

lily and her team were excellent. I was visiting to run the marathon and could not have asked for more. Special packs for us when we arrived. Early breakfast as we needed to get to the race. When we arrived by taxi, the driver has difficulty locating the building. The meeting place is an agent's office. The property is a condo located at the far end of the estate. The apartment is clean but with limited amenities. Although there is a kitchenet, but no cooking ware and utenciles are provided.

Quick checkin and checkout. Many local restaurants nearby. Only 1 thing i didn't like, must deposit money to borrow umbrella.
