We arrived at a small village villa in Chengdu, unsure of what to expect, and left with hearts overflowing with warmth and gratitude. In a place where no one even knew our religion, we were welcomed like family. Every greeting, every smile, every gesture radiated genuine kindness — something you rarely find in modern hotels. Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. The generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced here are rare treasures, and the memories of this stay will remain with us forever.

Hotel ini mempunyai reka bentuk yang mesra dan menarik. Pertama, terdapat bilik teh komunal di mana anda boleh menikmati teh dan perbualan dengan keluarga dalam suasana harum yang menyenangkan. Kedua, saya mesti memuji kalis bunyi mereka; Saya tidak dapat mendengar sebarang bunyi dari lorong atau luar pada waktu malam, menghasilkan kualiti tidur yang sangat baik. Yang penting, pemilik membuat sarapan pagi mereka sendiri, menggunakan bahan-bahan segar. Mereka membuat susu soya dan roti kukus terlebih dahulu, yang saya gemari – sedap!

地理位置剛好在去西嶺雪山的途中，一點不繞路，早上可以不用很早起床就能早早地到西嶺雪山，我們進景區衹排了10來分鐘的隊。房間設施和佈置跟圖片上一致。老闆很熱情，很會溝通，主動幫忙提行李箱上樓。早餐是蔬菜、饅頭、雞蛋、稀飯等，品種沒有同價位的連鎖酒店多，品質味道也要差一些，畢竟是處在農村的民宿。總體上滿意，不過也有幾點希望老闆能改進的地方： 1、廁所下水道有明顯的異味，廁所窗户無法打開換氣。為了不讓房間有異味，我們衹有把廁所門一直關着，當進去洗簌的時候味道太濃太難聞了。而如果把廁所換氣扇（抽氣）打開異味更明顯，因為抽氣換氣都是換的下水道出來的臭空氣。 2、我們住的兩天，所以第二天起得比較晚，9點多起來發現取暖片已經不熱了。可能是早上部分房間退房了，老闆就統一把暖氣系統關了。建議退房沒有人的房間單獨關暖氣，還沒退房的房間還是照常開着。 另外，由於是在到西嶺雪山的馬路邊上，所以汽車通過的時候聲音非常大，半夜12點都還有車，所以對睡眠質量不高的人不友好，當然這是地理位置決定的，不是老闆的問題。

The staff went far and beyond to keep us comfortable during our stay! The hotel is easy to find and very new; We were given a room upgrade as the hotel wasn’t busy at the time of our visit. The location of this hotel is perfect as there are food places nearby. The hot spring within the hotel premises is definitely a plus point. We definitely have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when visiting again!

地方不錯，離四季温泉谷就步行幾分鐘，泡温泉很方便，環境衞生乾淨，零食早餐準備的很齊全，老闆人好話不多，退房的那天要去西鄰雪山，時間很早還麻煩了老闆送我們到鎮上，但是房間空調效果不怎麼樣，不過有電熱毯還不算冷，照片忘了拍，總之在花水灣是值得選擇的

Excellent location to visit main attractions. Local eateries all within walking distance. Staff was efficient and polite. Room was clean and spacious. View from balcony as pictured. There were birds chirping on the trees right outside the balcony. Breakfast was plentiful. The door to my balcony could not be locked. Rang reception. Receptionist immediately came to have a look. Within 10 minutes, the engineer came to repair. Thank you. The guards at the gates were helpful in providing directions. Easy to take Didi to Chengdu. Around RMB 140. It was a comfortable pleasant stay.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, using the app to communicate to me in English. My room was on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the trees, mountain and pool area. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. It was really a peaceful room that I enjoyed. The hotel was very nice, it seemed like an Italian marbled hotel. The breakfast had many choices, and it was all delicious. There are many pools, warm and hot springs to choose from, it was fun and relaxing. The massage and treatments were wonderful, especially from Rufong, if you like deep acupressure. She is a really experienced, friendly and wonderful person.

Quaint hotel in the centre of town, with bustling morning market right on the street below. No elevators, had to haul luggage up stairs. Rooms are equipped with heater and even heated blankets! Took didi from hotel to Xiling Ski Resort for RMB80 (50 + 30 extra for mountain drive). Food a bit difficult for Muslims or Vegetarians, best bring instant noodles or ready-to-eat stuff. Auntie Chow, the assistant, was very helpful in providing service despite the language barrier. Very happy with our stay here.

The resort is located at the hot spring location, but a bit far from the central area..... good for relaxation. The initial rooms we got wasn't the one we booked, looks old and dirty. We showed them the pictures from trip.com the rooms we book and looks different and old to the reception and the lady gave us the upgraded rooms. You have to ask and insist, else they will just give you which ever room available (not the ones you booked).

Southern Little Potato bermain dengan salji sebenar buat kali pertama dan memilih tempat untuk melihat salji yang boleh dia sesuaikan. Sekitar tengah hari pada 9hb, kami menyewa kereta dan memandu ke Parking Lot No 2 di lapangan terbang. Perkhidmatan butler Hotel Scandinavia dihidupkan, dan bagasi daftar masuk ke atas gunung. Pembantu rumah akan membawa VIP anda menaiki kereta kabel tanpa beratur. Selepas turun dari kereta kabel, bas mini Coaster akan membawa anda ke pintu masuk hotel. Tinggal di rumah idaman anda. Kemudian kami bermain ski, kanak-kanak di papan tunggal dan saya di papan berkembar. Salji terus turun dengan lebat pada waktu malam, dan kami seronok bermain salji. Pada pagi 10hb, saya menyemak Apl Cuaca Caiyun dan tiba di Riyueping sebelum 7:52 untuk menyaksikan matahari terbit. Ia sangat cantik. Kerana saya sering bermain ski, saya tidak pergi ke dunia Yin dan Yang. Selepas turun dari Riyueping, anda boleh melihat keseluruhan Pusat Peranginan Ski Gunung Salji Xiling dari kereta kabel. Jika anak anda bertukar kepada papan berganda, dia boleh mengosongkan tahap pertengahan dengan sendiri selepas satu jam belajar. Pada sebelah petang, sebuah kereta Coaster khas akan dihantar ke kereta kabel. Ada juga cenderahati.
