酒店洗衣房管理極差，我用洗衣機烘乾看時間很長，就回房間休息了，等我下來一看，我的衣服被扔到了洗衣框裏，而且是濕的，也就是有人自説自話暫停了我的程序，用其他程序把我衣服拿了出來！非常過分，我第二天都要穿的衣服，衹能熬夜把衣服烘乾，一直守在洗衣房到凌晨一點 酒店房間的窗簾一半用遮光的另一半是透光的，早上天一亮就沒法睡了，害我們沒休息好 酒店退房後還希望我給五星好評，怎麼好意思要求的！ 蠻好的一個酒店，服務設施都跟不上

酒店位置非常好，離大宋不夜城很近，古浮橋也不遠，城牆也是幾百米，八境湖就在酒店邊上，在房間裏推開陽台門就是湖面。就是服務一般，沒有問候也不會幫你拿下行李。但是我詢問問題時倒是還是會熱情的回答。總體體驗感還是不錯的。

第一次住這個酒店，整體感覺效果非常不錯，值得大家來放鬆休息的一個好酒店。 首先必須給4月19日晚上十點多的前台值班小姐姐點贊，高鐵一路下來實在是太累了，臨時網上拍的酒店，結果服務超級好，跟我説之前拍的房間可能有些小，特意幫我換了一個稍微大一點的房間，非常感謝～ 其次，衞生乾淨整潔，酒店內部整體一股淡淡的香味很舒服，房間裏面擺放整齊，各類設施設備齊全，洗浴產品都是品牌，還有洗衣機和烘乾機，免去了我手洗衣服的煩惱…
