Hotel Kaunti Gaolan dengan Sarapan

We picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport and that it provided airport pick up service even though we arrived at 1am. Pick up and check in was very efficient so we could quickly go rest in our room. Communication with the staff prior to arrival was great so we were swiftly met at the airport with no issues. The rooms were comfortable though one of the two rooms that we picked had smoke smell despite us specifying non-smoking room/ smoke treatment. The hotel provided provided free sachets of excellent drip coffee.

Great hotel. Close to the airport and near a park area. Good to relax. The hotel is very new, the rooms and the service are great, Nana did a great job. The breakfast is very relaxing, nice atmosphere, local and international dishes. The gym and the pool are great. I can warmly recommend

這次轉機選蘭州中川機場這家藝龍安悦酒店真選對了，全程體驗都很順心，沒有啥花裏胡哨的，實實在在舒服。酒店有 24 小時免費接送機，提前跟前台説航班時間，司機準時來接，行李多還主動搭把手，到機場也就十幾分鍾，趕早班機完全不用慌，比機場裏面酒店划算太多。房間面積挺大，不擁擠，地板、衞生間擦得乾乾淨淨，床上用品沒異味，乾濕分離洗澡水又大又熱，空調、WiFi 都好用，還有智能開關挺方便。床墊軟硬適中，隔音做得不錯，聽不到外面吵鬧，趕路累了一覺睡到天亮。前台工作人員態度温和，辦入住退房速度快，有問題問都耐心解答。樓下就是農貿市場，吃飯買東西特別方便，牛肉麪、小吃全都有。店裡還有洗衣烘乾設備，長途出行換洗超省心，早餐種類夠用，味道家常。整體性價比很高，不管轉機、出差都合適，下次來蘭州中轉還住這兒，真心推薦給要飛中川機場的朋友。

I chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

此次和朋友轉機路過蘭選擇了美侖酒店，這家酒店的入住體驗超出我的預期！尤其是免費接送機很近也比較方便，房間很暖和，衞生整潔舒適，前台小姐姐熱情周到給我們送了護手霜，還免費升級房型早上趕飛機提前幫我們打包好早餐真的很意外，性價比超高，是機場周邊住宿的優質選擇，非常值得入住！下次來回機場還會選擇這裏！

The room is great, although this time we had an issue with the morning to the airport service. We arrived on time at 6:20am and there was no room in the shuttle that was scheduled. It’s very stressful to wake up early and make sure you don’t miss a flight, and they clearly overbooked the shuttle, even though we specifically arranged this the night before. A rude family pushed past us too and the hotel staff didn’t really communicate what was going on. I appreciate the hospitality during the stay, but guests shouldn’t have to worry about missing a flight from rude other guests and miss-counted shuttles.

This hotel is beautifully decorated with a modern and stylish design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient airport transfer services, making the stay even more hassle-free. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

I arrived rather late but the check in process was simple enough and then the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel especially if you want to be near the airport and are only staying one night like I was. The front desk was incredibly helpful and even helped me get a morning shuttle to the airport without having to be asked. Overall incredibly pleasant experience, no complaints.
